Powder coating is used for both protective and decorative finishes on just about any Metal object but not limited to it beingst common but NOT limited to. The process uses a powder resin with fine pigments combinded and then electrostaticallyed particle become charged and adhere to the surface. Then heated up in a curing oven. Powder Coating: We have the capability to handle a wide variety of jobs. For example: We can handle Rotor's, Motorcycles, ATV's, Farming Equipment, Chassis Frames on or off road, car parts, marine parts, Beds. Ceramic Coating or Cerakote: is more For exhaust systems, motors,heads thermal barrier coatings that can stand temperatures reaching close to 2,000'degrees. Firearms: we use Cerakoting its a way to protect and make more durable againts the elements. We can fine tune any product the way you want we pay attention to the details if there's any masking of critical surfaces that do not get coated We got you covered and if you special request it as well. Light Assembly: After the coating and baking process we are still going strong for you, light assembly is available. Plus If you don't want to or don't have the proper equipment ,we also offer Coating Removal: Sandblasting, media blasting, Burn Off and Chemical Stripping. Let us do the hard work for you.
