 + 4 moreCHUCK DOES BEAUTIFUL WORK. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS HE MADE FOR WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HOW, THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK, AND THE PRICES I WAS CHARGED. WHEN HE FINISHED, THE PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL.
Description of Work: CHUCK RECOMMENDED WORK TO BE DONE FOR A HOUSE THAT HAD BEEN DAMAGED BY RENTERS TO MAKE IT READY TO SELL. HE DID THIS WITH AN EYE OUT FOR PROTECTING MY POCKETBOOK AND DOING A QUALITY JOB AT THE SAME TIME. HE CLEANED AND REMOVED TRASH INSIDE AND OUT, PLASTERED SEVERAL HOLES IN THE CEILING AND WALLS, REBUILT THE UNDERLYING WALL UNDER TILE, REINSTALLED THE TILE IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM, CARPETED THE HALLWAYS, BEDROOMS, AND DINING ROOM, BUILT AND INSTALLED A PARTITION IN THE BASEMENT, REPAIRED /REPLACED /INSTALLED NEW ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND INDOOR AND OUTDOOR LIGHTING, PAINTED INSIDE AND OUT, INSTALLED A GARAGE DOOR AND OPENER, INSTALLED GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS, REPAIRED AND REBUILT A LEAKY CHIMNEY, AND CUT/TRIMMED BRUSH AND TREES.
