+ -1 moreHe's a great guy and he takes really good care of his customers. I bought a house through him. If I needed him to be my realtor I would probably use him in the future. He is very thorough and I think that's the nature of him as an individual, he's very professional, quality of service is great and he's definitely on the side of they buyer, which I think is good. He's not trying to make a sale. He wasn't afraid to drive into different aspects of the sale and I think I worked pretty well with him.
Description of Work: My real estate agent is Christopher W. Muska and I used him to find a house 3 years ago.

+ -1 moreI found that Chris had a lot of patience and willingness to work with me when buying a home. He took the time to review the agreements involved with his realty firm and in the buyer/seller agreement. This was not the first home buying experience I have had over the years and Chris was an excellent realtor and certainly showed an interest in my home buying desires and needs.
Description of Work: Chris was the realtor I chose when looking for a new home to buy. We looked at several homes initially from which Chris was able to determine my needs and desired location for a home. He also participated in the home inspection and functioned as an excellent interface between myself and the sellers' realtor. The loan application and closing process went smoothly. Chris was constantly following-up with the loan company and the other realtor.
