They are wonderful. A lot of professional cleaners have a lot of silly rules. With Mandy, it isn't like that. You just have to ask them what you would like them to do, and they will take care of it for you, unlike other companies that stick to a specific list.

They are very thorough and Mandy is very nice.

After having same house cleaner for 2 yrs, we were in the market for better cleaning crew. Mandy was prompt to give us an estimate. We asked her for proof of insurance, which was no problem. She gave us a cleaning date and showed up on time. All floors and carpet look fantastic. Kitchen and bathrooms look great. Dust from furniture removed. I was quite surprised to see they cleaned my ceiling fan and all registers. They even dusted my cat litter boxes! I noticed a couple of cobwebs remaining, but will definitely give them the benefit of the doubt as they're not always easy to see and the pros of the service far outweigh a cobweb or two. If this service continues, we will use Choice Cleaning for a long time! Will come back to review after a few weeks have elapsed.

I really appreciated that this service is more flexible than the larger companies. One of the workers was the owner and they didn't have some of the rules that I find ridiculous. Examples include only dusting around any object on a table, not picking it up, and sticking to rigid rules about what is and isn't cleaned, which results in areas being "cleaned" that don't need to be and others are left unaddressed. I know these things from both having hired several of them previously and because my daughter-in-law worked for such a company. The owner seemed very conscientious and responsible. I plan to employ them again.

Mandy & Chris of Choice Cleaning are very reliable & conscientious business owners. They & their crew have given me excellent housecleaning over the past several years. Whenever I had a concern about something, like hairspray build up on bathroom fixtures, they double their efforts to take care of this & anything else that needed special attention. They get to know each client's preferences. Mine happened to be having the hand soap bottles refilled & putting towels in the laundry for me after changing them in the BA's. But anything I've asked them to do, they did cheerfully and promptly. I had no worries about giving them a key, and everything was always sparkling & smelling good after their visits. I highly recommend Mandy & Chris and their crew of Choice Cleaning!

They arrived on time and worked the full time. House needed a lot of intention and they didn't make me feel bad about. It looked great when they left! Should have done that sooner.

They have cleaned for me twice now. The are awesome. Two of them come out to clean so the job gets done faster- takes approx. 1 1/2 hours for my home. They do a very good detail oriented job. They end up doing even extra things that you aren't expecting them to do. Very friendly and professional- always available when I need them and always on time. Will end up using them again.

They are pleasant to work with and very responsive, and are usually able to schedule cleans within the week. They work very quickly and lock up when they leave. Mandy is always available and is very friendly and approachable. I really appreciate their hard work!

Excellent ! The owners and their main cleaning person came to the house and worked two solid hours cleaning my house top to bottom. It was spotless when I came home on a Friday afternoon. They were very professional and VERY thorough ... I have used cleaning services before that did only the " middle"of the house....surfaces at eye level and middle of floors. I specifically asked they focus on the bigger cleaning like dusting base boards and high ceilings and cleaning behind furniture and edges and they did a great job of that plus their regular cleaning of all surfaces ! I will be using them for this type of cleaning on a monthly basis. They are very professional and personable and truly customize the cleaning for the customer.

It was great! Chris came out to my house a week earlier to provide an estimate and share about their company. Their employees are extremely friendly - and Chris & Mandy are high level professionals. My house looks and smells gorgeous! They even took the time to make sure my dogs were OK and properly pinned up before they left. I am scheduled for monthly deep-cleans. I am grateful to have this luxury -- and a good company to help make life easier!

My basement had never been cleaned and was very dusty. I also had items on ledges, and the floor. Choice Cleaning came in and did a great job. They used HEPA filter vacuums and there was no discernable dust as they cleaned. The reason for the cleaning was my allergies and I was planning to use the basement in the future. They detail dusted and wet wiped every surface, including each and every object, utility pipes on the ceiling, vacuumed in the set-back spaces and moped the floor. They did all this in a very cheerful manner. There were 4 workers on site. I couldn't have asked for better.

It looked good at first but then the d pots started appearing after one week.

Mandy was extremely nice to speak with on the phone. Chris came to our house after a busy day of cleaning and we certainly appreciated it. However, we decided not to go with this cleaning service based on the price quoted. We have a fairly tight budget and so decided to go with an individual house cleaner vs a company.
