He did a nice job, although I'm not quite sure he did my entire landing. When I went upstairs after he left, the area in front of my bedroom door was completely dry, unlike the rest of the landing. I could feel dampness under my feet on the other parts of the carpet landing. Overall a nice job. He cleaned an area in my great room that had a stain and it came out.

We have used ChemDry by Kevin Jones before and the same technician performed the cleaning both times. That in itself is a good sign of a well run company when employees stick with the job. When he arrived I explained where we wanted cleaned and the fact we have two older dogs (sisters nearly 14 years old) that sometimes have bladder control issues. He quickly measured and examined our carpets with an ultraviolet light to determine where extra cleaning was required. We then reviewed various options for keeping the cost within our expectations and still getting the job done. The work was then performed in a very efficient manner and we were pleased with the end result. I definitely recommend their service to friends and family.

They set up an appointment quickly to meet a narrow timeframe. They called before they came, and the were prompt. Did a great job in very little time, and the carpet was dry within a few hours.

They did a great job cleaning my carpets. I was unhappy with previous carpet cleaning by another company and Chem-Dry was able to get the spots out that the other company did not remove. I would definitely use them again.

Nice job. Always a good experience with the folks at Kevin Jones Chemdry. Purchased a deal of the day. Had water issue in basement room on original scheduled appointment. Service provider pulled back carpet to assess area and made recommendation to delay service until area dry. Same serviceman came on second occasion to complete work and was familiar with situation.

I purchased a Big Deal for carpeting cleaning of 3 rooms. I was able to schedule the cleaning in a timely manner. I received a call the day of the appointment and they were able to come ahead of schedule. The carpets look great and the stains were removed.

Kent was in time and polite. Very honest and said he couldn't find anything with his ultra violet light. Suggested we get the walls in the area cleaned and painted first before going this route. Did provide a free estimate for application cleaning and sanitation. Will go to them if painting doesn't solve the issue.

I was very upset with them. They did a pat through the house and left dirty suds on top of the other carpets. I called the company at the time and Kevin Jones wasn't there. I talked to someone and she didn't believe me because that was one of their best service men and he wouldn't do that. It was very expensive for what they did. They were here on time.

in the long run, the result was fantastic. just a warning to those doing the pet treatment, it stinks MORE for a couple weeks before it clears up the stain and smell. to be fair, he warned me of this - but I didn't realize how long it would take to clear up. However, once it finally did, this was the best pet cleaning I've had done.

If I could give them a B+ rating, I would. They were on time and cleaned all the rooms I requested, even helping me move a few light furniture pieces. I did not have any major stains but I did not think their cleaning was the best I have had because our family room carpet was still darker than it has been in the past after a cleaning. Might just be the age of the carpet; hard to say.

I bought the deal for $109 but paid extra for extra work.

It went very well! My family had moved all of the furniture out of the room the night before, and we vacuumed thoroughly. Chem Dry called a half hour before arrival as they said they would, and he arrived within the time window the appointment-setter gave me. He asked what I wanted done. He explained there would be an extra charge for the area rug, which was understandable and fine. He vacuumed then deep cleaned and protected both the carpet and rug. He gave me a can of their carpet cleaner and a guarantee that they would try to remove any spot at no charge provided we had tried their cleaner unsuccessfully first. He noted that the carpets would be dry enough to move furniture back in roughly four hours. It was, and we moved everything back that night. The carpet looks beautiful! I love using ChemDry because the process doesn't leave the carpets very wet. If we used one of the wetter services, we'd have to pay to board our 2 dogs, as it would be nearly impossible to keep them off of the wet carpet for 24 hours.

The technician was professional and did a great job getting stains out. The carpet looked new again. It dried quickly.

He was very friendly and explained everything well. Then entire cleaning took about 1.75 hours. My only concern was our wood floors were very dirty when he was finished. I took me cleaning them on my hands and knees 3 times before they were clean.

This was the first time I'd ever experienced a water leak and really had no clue what to expect. At first I thought I could mop up the excess water from the kitchen floor and use my carpet cleaner to extract the water from the carpet. After using multiple bath towels and emptying the carpet cleaner container appx. 20 times and not making much of a dent, I looked for companies to do this. ChemDry, found here on Angie's List, was the first and only one I called and as it turned out, I'm glad I didn't waste time contacting others! They were prompt, coming out perhaps 1.5 hours after I initially called. From the first, I felt confident in their professionalism as Kevin, the owner, explained the process and built not only my understanding of what did and could happen, he also conveyed assurance that things would work out in one form or another. Four fans were used, along with a dehumidifier and follow up occurred over the several days the equipment was utilized. I continuously felt that things were being handled effectively AND efficiently. When appointments were made, they were kept, whether it was the owner or another employee of the company. This water leak has been a rather trying and somewhat overwhelming event for me and of all that did, could and perhaps will transpire as a result, I have absolute confidence that ChemDry handled this in the BEST manner possible. Since the plumbing repair has still not occurred, they are waiting to clean the carpets and I have total confidence that they will do an equally professional job in that regard as well. I've never used this company before and did not know anyone who had so it was a bit of "blind trust" that I called them; I am extremely happy that I did so and will definitely recommend them to others.

The special PURT treatment was successful in removing the urine odor, which was my primary concern, but not much of the stains. I had not expected the stain problem to be corrected (contrary to what the technician suggested), because I had been told by a different carpet cleaner a while back that the yellowing of the carpet was permanent. I suspect that this is due to the type of carpet fiber and dying techniques used on that fiber; the urine simply bleached the sage green carpet to a yellowish tone. I was very favorably impressed with the technician who came to my home to clean the two bedroom carpets. This carpet cleaning project ended up costing a lot more than I had expected. When I purchased the Angie's List deal, it was not clear to me the that the quoted price of the PURT treatment was for one dose of the chemicals. The two bedrooms required four doses of the PURT chemicals, on which I did get the discounted Angie's List price. In addition to the basic cleaning charge and the PURT treatment, I opted for the sanitizing treatment offered (@$29), but declined the topical protection treatment. There was also a $10 truck charge. People should be aware of the possibility/likelihood of additional charges over and above the advertised prices.

I had bought a big deal but wasn't pretty certain I had more square feet than was listed in the big deal but needed to start somewhere. Kent from Chem-Dry explained there respective deals and there advantages. Since my carpet had been cleaned since I bought it in May 2010 and I have two cats and they have been very h****** my carpet, I chose the Healthy Home deal which accounts for the additional cost. My carpet looks and smells so much better. Kent was very informative and answered all my questions. I would most definitely use Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones again.

It went fine. The ones that they did do, there’s hardwood underneath, they said that it is not a regular type of cleaning, it had to be a special type of cleaning for it and that’s why I paid more for it. I don’t think it was the first time I’ve used them but I just remember there was a ton of add-ons after the other time that I had used them so I wouldn’t be using them again. They give you a certain price and then there were pre stain treatment and things like that that they add on top of that.

They did what they said they were going to do and the guy is very professional. Interaction was fine. Cleaning turned out good.

Carpets came out clean and were dry in an hour. Was concerned the price was more than quoted even with smaller room.
