Everything went well- they were punctual, professional, and on time. Very patient with my wife's particularized requests. Only criticism is that they're a little pricey for this commodity.

Kevin and his team were very professional and kept us informed the whole time. Since the basement wasn't dry after the specified time period, Kevin took his own time to make sure the basement was dry. He really went above and beyond.

The living room rug was quite dirty and stained from dogs and heavy traffic, but with some extra pet treatments, the rug cleaned up well.

Kevin is the best. Very good, high quality service and always pleasant to work with.

Nicole returned my call from the message I left before they were open. Gave me a time window for the day and they called an hour before as I requested to get back home. The service also worked very well... carpets are noticeably cleaner.

Everything seems fair and reasonable and they did a really good job as far as like service they did. They paid special attention to the locations where furniture, to try and get the carpet back up from being rotted down and things like that so any special requests they accommodated and overall we were pretty satisfied with how the cleaning turned out for the carpet. They usually run specials on coupons on a fairly regular basis so they're always trying to give a good deal. The cleaning turned out very well and the carpet was in really good shape when they left. They did a very good job.

Caleb was very professional and explained the process. He arrived and was done with 90 minutes. Very pleased with the outcome.

They don't use water. They charged me a lot. At least, I thought it was a lot because this living room is not more than 24 ft. x 14 ft. maybe, and it was $139, when other people were offering those and other rooms for $79. But I didn't want water put into my carpet. There are different groups of ChemDry, different ownerships of ChemDry. They did an okay job. I wasn't sure when they were going to come. I think I had to call them to find out when they were coming. There was some problem with that. He did okay, but there are a couple of spots in the rug I thought that would come up a lot better. This is a fairly new carpet. The people I used over a year and a half ago, I don't think I dealt with the same ownership. I just thought it would come up a little bit cleaner than what it did in the spots. I think he tried to pick it up, but I don't know. I did have to call them to find out what time they were coming because they were supposed to come at a certain time and they didn't show up and nobody had called me. So, I did find out that they were running behind.

Chris arrived right on time and provided me with estimates for different levels of service. He completed the work in about an hour and did a very professional job. We were quite happy with the work.

Chris showed up on time and was very polite and efficient. My only issue - which I should have mentioned to him - was that after he cleaned the carpets, he went out to his truck to get the carpet rake and something else and when he came back in he walked on my clean carpet with his dirty shoes. I think booties or something that covers shoes should be worn over shoes after the carpet is clean - especially since it is still damp. Spent a little more than I was planning to spend, but - overall a great job. Carpets dried in about 3 hours.

I do have three dogs so they used that kind of pull any sort of pet smell out of the carpeting so that was extra. I remember thinking it wasn't A but it was good. It was an extra $100 for the pet odor extraction. They cleaned the carpets. I remember I had to call them back because they didn't take the $109 deal in consideration so I got overcharged. They said, we see our mistake and they apologize. It was just an easy mistake. I had told them in advance that I had bought the deal. Somebody didn't let them know. They fixed the problem once I made the call so it weren't a big deal. I probably wouldn't do the additional pet piece again because I didn't notice any significant difference after that. I've had other rug cleaners and I didn't know that they excelled above those. They were very good about wearing booties and not to track any water around.

I suppose give me the measurements they take when they come out, before they have done my carpet many times when they come out they always measure and it seems like probably different, it seems like it should be the same amount and it always measure differently.

The service was great. I also work at Angie's List. They said that they needed to charge me $40 for the truck and I'm like, "What do you mean charge me $40 for the truck?" I work in e-commerce, which they didn't know. I still didn't tell them. If I paid $60 for one room of carpet cleaning, then why would that not include the truck fee? I ended up paying $100 for something that I thought I was going to pay $60 for. I just needed my carpets cleaned. If they had told me any more than $100, I probably would have just found somebody else, but at the time I just really needed somebody to clean my carpet. They did do a really good job. My carpets did look brand new. I could understand for being excessively dirty, maybe an extra $10 or $15, but $40 for the truck. I was like, "That's kind of weird." Why was that not included in the deal because you always have to have the truck to go out to clean the carpet? They always kept me in the loop and the guy was definitely on time. They were real fast. I purchased it on a Sunday and I gave them a call on Monday and we got it scheduled that Monday for the following Thursday, which was great. That was actually when I wanted it done.

Joe is excellent. Really worked on spots (many) and all went well. Will have them again if the problem persists. However, dog is now in a cage when I am not watching her so, hopefully, I won't need ChemDry back for at least 6 months. Highly recommend this company and I have used several others during the past five years.

I was very pleased with the job Caleb did. Considering the age and worn fabric the furniture looks great.

My total experience was great. My initial contact was with Nichole. She answered my questions and was very pleasant. Caleb did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. He explained everything before he started, he was very knowledgeable. The next time I have my carpets cleaned, I will definitely ask for him.

The offer states that a cleaning is recommended, but on the phone their scheduler basically told me you need to have the product they apply removed. So, you are paying for a treatment when you buy their PURT service. If you want the treatment taken up from the carpet you pay for a separate cleaning. I found it confusing. Did I need the cleaning? Does it work without a cleaning? I'm not sure I asked the right questions at the time, but I did end up paying for the cleaning. Overall, the PURT treatment worked and the smells are gone. The technician told us that our carpet was about average compared to some jobs he'd seen. If I needed this done again I would purchase the PURT treatment, but maybe not pay for the cleaning after the treatment.
