I was extremely pleased by the carpet cleaning. Made the carpets look practically new. Our technician was Kent Spillman. He did a terrific job explaining everything and was very honest about the condition of the carpets and what we needed and didn't need. He was thorough and did some extra work on the worst room. Very respectful and professional. Would definitely use this service again!

We secured an Angie's List Deal on pricing for our basement. The usual $60.00 per room pricing was now $40.00. However, they really charge per square foot and not per room with a dumping fee tacked on at the end. The final price was $170.00. The technician was on time and gave the pricing before he started. All corners were protected with corner guards and the tech wore booties to cover his shoes. He went right to work and was all finished in 1 1/2 hrs. I had the carpet cleaning scheduled for the day before but do to a delay in a carpet install in another room in the basement. It was necessary to try to reschedule the carpet cleaning. They were great about rescheduling the carpet cleaning to the next day. I really appreciated their understanding and for working with me to reschedule the cleaning. If we chose a dry chemical process the next time to clean our carpet I would consider "Chem Dry by Kevin Jones.

Went okay, very disappointed some of the cat vomit stains seemed to become more noticeable. Tech said nothing he could do.

the gentleman that came to clean my parents carpets was amazing. He had completed his cleaning and told us that he was NOT satisfied with the outcome and sprayed something on the carpet and went over it a second time. The carpet looked clean and we were very pleased. My father was more impressed by the work ethic of the gentleman that came to the house. Scheduling for a technician to come to my home was very easy. I received a thorough explanation of what to expect when the technician arrived and how he would provide me a quote for services before beginning any work. The technician, Caleb, was prompt, professional, and personable. He explained the cleaning process and all the options available to me. He was very efficient and did a great job. I am very satisfied with the results.

The technician arrived on time, measured the areas needing cleaning, and went to work. Everything looked great when he finished and it dried quickly. I did have 2 floor flans on it to help with the drying.

It went fine. The deal didn't include the removal, only the cleaning. I saw the advertisement and thought it was all $65 for everything.

They was fine. The guy came they cleaned my rugs, everything was okay, really. I try to get my rugs cleaned every two years. They came when they said they were going to and they brought them back when they said. The only thing that was misleading is they say for two area rugs it would be blah, blah, blah. When I called them they said oh, that only applies if we clean your rugs in the house, but if you have area rugs we have to take them out. That was a bit confusing, but they did. My rugs are 8x10 and the other is 9x12 and the rugs are heavy, so they do have to take them out. So, I thought that was really misleading. They could have offered a third off or half off or something, which it definitely was not. So, I don't know what to say about that.

Great on time, carpets looked like new.

It looked matted. I took a wet paper towel and wiped the carpet and it came up black. It didn't seem to have the dirty water extracted. We had to go over it with our own machine until the black water was gone. We have our carpet done professionally every year and use our own machine monthly. Only 2 seniors in the house.
