It looks clean. They did a good job. So I'm very happy with their service. They fixed everything just perfectly. There was no cost because six weeks ago they came by and cleaned and then they left some marks on the carpet. So that's why they came by to fix it. I want to change the score I gave them. I'll give them an 'A' now because they came and fixed it and took care of it. So the carpets are good now. The stains were out to be for. Somehow the cord was left in the carpet a bit too long and a couple of spots are swirl spots, but he took those out and now everything is perfect. The response was good.

It went good. He vacuumed the carpet then used the cleaning/vacuuming machine. Then it appeared he raked the carpet to raise the knap. He then sprayed the carpet with a lemon scented disinfectant/sanitizer. It looked good and smelled good and we are happy.

They did a good job cleaning the carpet . They were very professional. However, they left the cord on the wet carpet for too long so now there are marks on it that I can't get out and that is what I am unhappy with.

The offer was for pet urine removal, however, it was a bit more extensive than thought so the technician offered the removal and a cleaning in lieu of just the removal product. I felt that this approach was equitable and a acceptable alternative. The difference in cost wasn't that much so we agreed.

Exceeded my expectations for quality of service.

I needed the stairs and two traffic areas cleaned. When the techs arrived we discussed what needed to be done and we agreed on the price. Kent and his colleague (trainee) were friendly and easy to talk to. They went to work and the job was done quickly but very thoroughly. We are very happy with the results.

We filled out a form on the ChemDry web site over the weekend and called for follow-up Monday morning. They had no record of our request (we had a confirmation email) but they were able to schedule cleaning for the next day. When the tech arrived, there was some confusion around the on-line pricing which was sorted out quickly and the on-line quote was honored. Our carpet was long over due for cleaning and had traffic stains, pet stains and mystery stains. By the time the tech was done cleaning the carpet was looking better than I ever expected. Even stains that had not been removed by the previous cleaning several years ago were gone. We had our large family room, dining room, loft, stairs and hall areas cleaned. This is simply the best carpet cleaning I've ever had done.

The technician was punctual. Explained to me exactly what was covered in the deal that I had purchased. He was very friendly, explained what he was going to do, then got to work. Very professional. I would definitely use ChemDry by Kevin Jones again.

It turned out pretty good. I was happy with it. The price was probably the only negative, but I didn't read the fine print. I actually paid to have it cleaned first. I spent and extra $120. It was kind of expensive. The quality of the work was great. I was happy with the way it looked when they were done. They showed up on time and the guy who did the job was really nice. I have no complaints about the actual company itself.

The company representative, Caleb, was very professional and courteous. He explained all the cleaning options and prices before getting started. He did a wonderful job and the carpet looks great!

Knew I had coupon yet charged an additional 200. I have a 10 month old puppy. When the service person left, he did not secure the gate. The dogs were confined while the carpet was being cleaned. When I uncrated them I let them outside knowing they would be in the backyard...secured back yard. No. The gate was left open and the puppy took off. Luckily I found her down the road. Had I not checked in another few minutes she could have been out to the highway. Called the office to report what happened. The young man called to apologize. The owner left a message. I feel like the company didn't even try to compensate for what happened. And then they called asking for a new check so the original overcharged check could be returned. Carpet was clean but the customer relations was lacking

The technician showed up on time. He walked through the house looking for stains on the carpet. Then he offered me several different products and prices on the carpet cleaning. After I selected what I wanted them to do he vacuumed all the carpets. He pretreated any stains he had found and then cleaned all five areas.

Cleaning appeared good initially but after a few days spots returned. The overall cleaning did not provide reasonable lasting results. One minor point, I feel the $10 truck charge is inappropriate as this charge should be built into the pricing. The actual cost of using a truck has to be more than $10; therefore, it is an add on without justification. The prepaid Angie's List coupon would not have covered the advertised service because of the $10 truck charge .

The initial inspection went well and we discussed some possible dog stains and whether or not special treatment would be needed at an additional cost. After the discussion, we chose not to have the special treatment. The technician proceeded to clean the carpets and all turned out out clean. Good job.

there too long without my knowing.Carpets were cleaned very well. Did see one small stain missed. The urine treatment did not work as well as I had hoped. There is still a stain and slight smell. I think the dog has just been going

It wasn’t bad. The service was really good. The only problem was that they didn’t tell us upfront that it could take two to three applications and I didn’t do a second or a third application. I am seventy percent pleased with it. He did say that the pet urine had gone all the way down to the sub floor. He said he can clean the carpet and the padding but the crystallization went down to the sub floor, which is something he can’t clean.

They have came for several years. His name is Joe. I opted not to get sealer. He is always on time and always does a great job. I used to have a dog and he cleaned all the urine spots. He is very pleasant to work with. So it was cheaper.

Chose this service provider because of coupon and eco-friendliness. The coupon was for 3 rooms for $109, but what I wanted was 2 rooms and stairs. (The rest of the home is hardwood floors.) The woman who scheduled my appointment indicated that if the rooms were normal size then the stairs could be included as the third room. (Note: the website clearly states that stairs are extra and not a room, but I didn't argue with her. The website also made clear that Chem-Dry doesn't move furniture, just cleans around it, So I was prepared for that, but I feel they probably should have actually mentioned it as well when the appointment was made. The service technician arrived on time, took quick measurements and quoted several different options. (I know this is typical of carpet cleaners.) He would not include the stairs in my 3 room coupon, so we agreed upon 2 rooms stairs and small landing for $109 + $65 for the stairs. The extra fee was an option I agreed to as there were several heavily soiled spots to be treated. My only quibble with the actual cleaning is that the technician failed to move a basket off the floor in the corner of the room. I had removed all the easy-to-remove end tables, floor lamps, etc. and expected him to clean around the couch, entertainment center and desk. But I overlooked the basket in the corner. It would have been simple for him to pick it up and place it on the top of the desk to clean that corner, but he did not. I didn't notice until after he's left or I would have said something then. That being said - the carpets look wonderful! He was on time and worked efficiently. The carpet dried relatively quickly (3-4 hours.) I still give the service an A all-around and would recommend them and use again. But I recommend checking the website for more information than provided on the phone.

Once technician arrived, he got straight to work on the room that needed the PURT service. After he was done, the smell was gone. I would highly recommend this provide for per urine removal.

It was fine! He arrived on time, and did a good job in cleaning the carpet. The carpet looked pretty good when they were done. I think they were worth the money, because they did a good job!

They did a very good job. They came when they were supposed to. Everything was very nice. We had several spots all over the carpets and they got all the spots off and the chairs are somewhat soiled also and they got those very clean.

I liked him. I thought he got very expensive, so I switched to Stanley Steemer. When I needed my carpets cleaned last year, I called him and it was very expensive. I used to think he was affordable. I liked the work he did. I thought they were very efficient. I thought your carpets don't get too wet. I thought he did good work. I didn't have any problems that way. They were punctual. He did work for me for several years. I had used him several times prior to this one. I've always found him good. They were very professional. Chemicals are very expensive so what's expensive to me might not be expensive to somebody else. He was a lot higher than Stanley Steemer.

They were prompt. The rag was pretty dirty it’s in the basement and does two different areas of cleaning and he did a good job and toggled the spots pretty well.
