He was punctual and responsible. He did a good job. I had used them prior to this time.

I was very pleased with the service. It has been, by far, the best carpet cleaning I have ever had done. I will definitely use Kevin again.

The $600 consists of two rooms, a hallway and stairs. They charged an extra $350 for pet stain removal. The gentleman was able to get the stains out by 50%. He was prompt and courteous. It was an old carpet and he was diligent in trying to remove the stains off of it. I could give them an overall "A" next time if they would just lower their cost.

They are usually very punctual and they set up a date with me. They are professional when they get here. They need to offer more discounts and more coupons. There are others that do jobs that are I think just as well and they usually offer lower prices. I’ve always been satisfied with the work that was finished. If I need to clean a carpet somewhere, then I would use them again.

Showed up on time. Were very courteous and professional. Carpet looked great.

It went great. I paid more because there’s like an additional carpet space that I wanted them to do but that’s okay.

.I was disappointerd. I understood the urine stains were old and probably wouldn't come out. However, this cost twice as much as any carpet cleaning we have ever had done to find that out. We had purchased two specials on Angie's list: $109 to clean 3 rooms and $65 for Pet Urine Stain Removal. The problem in cost was the urine stain removal. The ticket on Angie's list said 1 application for $65 and more than 1 might be needed. We felt it wasn't clear that each additional application would also cost $65 and we needed 5 applications - an additional $240. Although Caleb the tech was professional, we wouldn't use the company again.. In reading the reviews before buying the specials, I noted that cost was a frequent complaint. I surely agree

They did a goo job. They did a thorough job and he spent extra time to get a spot out of the carpet in the basement. He did not charge any extra. I would use them again.

They were horrible. I wasn't here but my husband was and when I got home I found out that $129 service cost me $497. He up-sold him on all kinds of things we didn't need for treatment for all kinds of stains I never seen before on our carpet and one stain that actually was there but I did not request being treated actually grew twice in size and they came back and treat it and it was even worst the second time. It was horrible. It cost a fortune. I called to complain to them. They were here within the time frame.

Super friendly and did an amazing job on our carpets! Beautiful and clean! Just a little upset about the way they calculated the price but overall very satisfied.

Joe, the technician was highly professional, knowledgeable and most importantly kind and respectful. He worked with me, as I am handicapped and helped out when I had some bigger items I could not move. He was excellent.

It was fine. I really can't remember whether or not there was something that I thought was included that wasn't. I ended up doing more work so that was extra. I think there was some question as to really how big the area of carpet that was to be done was considered how many rooms, the proportion that I had as opposed to whether they would consider that one room or two rooms. I spent a little bit more but nothing that I was upset with or anything like that. I think their price was comparable to everyone else.

They took all the urine stains of our dog out of the carpet. He talked to us and explained everything what he will do and why. He was really nice. I will use their service again. They were very detail oriented. He could tell that it was pet stain and he knew what chemicals to use.

They were good, it was just that their product didn't work for us. It might work for somebody else but it didn't work for us. They did a good job of what they did do. The staff was great.

Excellent work performed! Carpets, including high traffic areas, returned to original white color! Also used this company to clean ducts! Excellent service for price!

Cleaned carpet and used their product to remove pet odor and stains. They worked with me on price for the initial treatment and cleaning. Because of the severity and age of the stains, there will need to be additional treatments on some of the spots. The product worked exactly as they described. There was an immediate improvement in 90% of the stains and 100%of the odor. I was very pleased with the results!

They were on time and very professional. Did walk through home with me with black light to pinpoint the pet urine. Presented all options they could offer me and answered all my questions.

I have used Chem Dry by Kevin Jones in the past. My carpets look look but I felt the price was a little higher than I expected. I recently had my upstairs carpets done by Boldens and it was less expensive. The technician was polite and professional but he didn't not use shoe covers or tarps to cover my floors and it had recently snowed. I was surprised by this. My spots came out and the carpet looks great but I have a lingering "pet " odor that appeared after they left. I am hoping it will go away and is a result of them treating my "pet stains".

We're a long-time happy customer. The guy who cleaned our carpets this time was terrific. Professional, courteous, and he obviously took pride in doing a careful and good job. Wonderful!

They were fine. They did carpet cleaning, tile, and grout. I actually used them last year sometime. I do not even remember. I had somebody that works and coordinated that for me, so, I do not know. I think it was fine, like I said somebody that works for me, coordinated it, not amount here, and did it that all for me. As far as I know, it all went well. When I give them an overall B, it is just I do not think, the staff came, it was clean, that I would have liked. So, I do not like the quality of service that would have cleaned.

They did a good job, I would highly recommend them.

They didn't show for the first appointment. They showed for the second. A guy finally showed up to do the cleaning and it was his first day on the job and had never cleaned anything before. When he was done, I took a cloth to the carpet and still found dirt. It took two days to even dry. The guy was really nice and honest, he just didn't know what he was doing.
