He showed up when he said he would and he did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and what to expect. He answered all of my questions. He was friendly and polite and did a great job.

That worked out fine. I like that they did a very good job and it really worked. They were a little expensive but other than that, they were fine.

I purchased an Angies List deal to have them clean carpets in my house. The guy showed up within the time frame twas scheduled, although he didn't call when he was on his way to my house, like the company had promised. To be fair, the tech did help me move some of the items off the carpets since they hadn't given me the heads up that he was on the way. The carpets were fairly well cleaned. Definitely some spots left--several from playdough, one from pet urine. The main problem was with the area rug I had him clean. Tons of little pieces of thread from the carpet came up and were broken off by the cleaning machine. He assured me they could be vacuumed off once dry. After the carpets were dry, I examined them, and the threads were all still attached. I did the best I could to tuck the threads down into the carpet, but essentially, the rug was ruined. I called the company back that afternoon, and talked to "Kevin" about the damage. He expressed great doubt that his machine could have caused that damage. but reluctantly set an appointment for the next week to come out to examine it. He never showed up for that appointment. Quite frustrating. Overall, would definitely not recommend them or use them again.

They were very nice courteous, and did a great job.

Technician did an excellent job, and was receptive to any requests I had. He wrapped the woodwork and also corners of recently painted shelves in corner guards. I have used this company numerous times, and this was possibly the best job I've ever had.

Everything was great from this service provider. Lady on the phone was nice and helpful. Scheduling was easy. Price was a bit high but i know the carpets where bad with pet stains. I was not home during the cleaning, i had friend over. she said the cleaning person was very nice friendly and helpful. even got a blacklight out to view the stains.

Disappointing...the price was too high for cleaning only traffic areas; too much additional charge foe spot cleaning; add-ones for what would be basic service from competitors was very costly but I was stuck in a bind with family arriving from ou of town.((

The Kevin Jones Chem Dry Angie?s List coupon ?3 Rooms of Professional Carpet Cleaning Only $109!? is too good to be TRUE! Nowhere on the Angie?s List coupon does it actually say ?traffic areas only? or ?rooms with furniture? or ?empty rooms will be charged more ?like double.? I had a very bad experience with the Kevin Jones Chem Dry franchise about 10 years ago. So when I saw this coupon I thought about giving him another try. We moved the couch, loveseat and coffee table out of the room to ensure the technician could get the heavily soiled area. (How stupid of me to move the furniture!) They wanted to charge me double because my room is now empty. (Are you kidding? It seems to me it is much easier to clean an empty room than trying to move that machine around furniture.) The first thing the technician says upon arrival is that this coupon only covers the traffic areas. But the only thing the coupon actually says about traffic areas is ?Empty Rooms and Stairs are not considered traffic areas.? The coupon is totally misleading! The technician gets the real Kevin Jones on the phone and he wants to charge me over $200 for my living room and family room (because I was so stupid as to move furniture out of the room). His empty room rate is double that of a room with furniture. When it comes to customer service, the business owner has two options 1) make it right with the customer and keep the customer or 2) argue with the customer and lose the customer. In this situation, it would have been far better for the business owner to say "You're right. The coupon doesn't say anything to the effect that 3 rooms of carpet cleaning applies to traffic areas only. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Let's make this right so we can keep you as a valued customer." Kevin Jones just argued with me, threw all different rates and numbers at me, and tried to make me feel stupid because I moved my furniture and couldn't read fine print (that doesn't say anything about applying only to traffic areas). So I called Chem Dry of Hamilton County. In years past, I had used Chem Dry of Westfield, but couldn?t find their listing. Apparently they have merged with the Hamilton County/Capital City franchise. For the same space, the competitor offers an empty room rate of $50 per room ? which is well cheaper than Kevin Jones. In the meantime, Kevin Jones sends me an e-mail further disputing the fine print of the coupon. Well, I guess you taught me a lesson Kevin! You reminded me how bad your service was ten years ago, why I haven't used your company since then, and that next time I should go with Chem Dry of Hamilton County/Capital City.

It was good. My wife dealt with it. They are very flexible.

I submitted to get a quote to get my couch cleaned and deodorized. The only good thing about my phone convo with them was how fast they responded to my inquiry. Besides that I feel that the sales pitch was very unprofessional and they down talked other local business which in my opinion is extremely disrespectful. Other places for the same service wanted $79 to $105 dollars. This place quoted me $18 a linear foot times the 16 feet I need done for a price of $288! Almost triple of other quotes I have received. What bothered me was the fact I was told well the other services don't use safe chemicals like them and how one of a kind they are. Yet I never told them who else was giving me quotes. I asked "How do you know the other places I called are not using the same chemicals?" Finally they admitted they could be using the same chemicals. Without knowing its not very smart or professional to claim your the "only one" who can provide a service when others could be as well. Not to mention the ridiculous quote to simple clean a couch! My opinion is call around to other places for prices to compare.

I purchased a new home. The previous owners had small children and a dog the carpets had a strong odor. I opted for the healthy home and P.U.R.T. The odor has improved but still there. A couple of stains are actually more pronounced than before cleaning. I asked how long it would take the carpets to dry. I was told 2 - 4 hours. I commented that the reviews I had read stated closer to 12. After 24 hours the carpet was dry on top but the padding was still wet. Since I had extra services I was not upset. The carpet did not feel completely dry until Monday. The air conditioner was on 70 and I had two fans running. They were cleaned on Friday. The technican was courteous but new. Iwas suprised at how quickly I got an appointment. The price quoted for the basic cleaning was actually higher than the completed price. I checked that I would use them again, because I was told that P.U.R.T was guaranteed and if I still smelled urine they would come back out. I will give them the opportunity to try again and add the results to the review.

They cleaned the carpet in the three rooms we have. They did a thorough job. I would use them again.

As far as the job that was done, I was relatively pleased with the results. I only had them do the bedroom because the "sales" person kept trying to upsell me on services for the basement. I would never allow this company back in my home as I felt very uncomfortable with the technician that performed the work. As he was reviewing costs and services, he kept snickering and saying that "he didn't want to rape me with fees". Who says that?

My carpet is 5 years old and it was last cleaned by this same company two years ago. Service provider (Caleb) removed two spots and vacuumed the areas he was to clean. Cleaned the traffic areas in living room, family room -- which basically is a 5 x 8' area rug which really gets all the wear, dining room, master bedroom, adjoining dressing room, walk-in closet, and the hallway. He did not clean under the family room area rug and there really was no need to. He took great care after the cleaning to "rake" the pile beautifully in all the areas he had cleaned. He went over them repeatedly to ensure a really fine appearance. I appreciated that a lot. What I like about this company is that their process leaves the carpet just damp -- barely wet. I walked around in socks for a while then was working in my yard for probably 3 hours. By the time I came back in, the carpet felt dry to bare feet. And the carpet looks absolutely great. In conversation, I mentioned to Caleb that time gets away from me and I don't get the cleaning scheduled as regularly as I should or want to. Given that, he was able to schedule me for the same time in 2015. I know ChemDry will remind me as that date approaches, and I don't have to concern myself with remembering to do it. This was helpful. I have already recommended this company to a friend.

Excellent. Very professional. He arrived on time, was very polite and did an excellent job, especially in removing some difficult stains. We were very pleased with the results.

The rep scanned the house using blacklight to look for urine and applied all urine treatments. He cleaned the carpets, but I've used two other major companies and I don't remember either of them having to use my sink to do the job, it just grossed my out a bit. I felt like it took longer than the other companies since there was only 1 rep (others normally have 2 people) and it was more expensive. I bought the stain guard and I was impressed that he said it was so safe you could drink it. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like it worked at all. I've had stain guards put down before and liquid beads up for quite some time after application. I spilled water the next week and it soaked right in. I also felt like the rep was a little nosey as he kept commenting on what I was watching TV. Not a big deal, just a little annoying. All in all, the work was fine, but I just felt like I got better service for my money at other provider.
