Description of Work: I called them as they were so highly rated on the list. When I found out how much to clean my carpet I decided to do it myself. Plus they do not rinse the carpet and I am a firm believer that it needs to be rinsed so it will stay clean longer. My mom has used this company and been very pleased. I just couldn't justify the price.
