Description of Work: They had to replace the power supply. TV would not turn on, it would just continually click as if it wanted to come on but couldn't. It was done in a week and has worked perfectly ever since.

Description of Work: This is a rather new VCR/DVD player. At least two DVDs would play for a couple of minutes, then start over again. Charlie's kept the set for 8 days and could find nothing wrong. When I picked up the set, we used the remote to play the two DVDs. We discovered that they each had playing options that we not made clear on either the DVDs themselves or in their containers. Problem solved! The only charge was the initial $20 deposit.
