+ -1 moreVery well. Nothing is quite square in an older home and Charlie knows how to take care of this. He has done work for us in the past and is always excellent in his attention to detail and use of quality materials.
Description of Work: Charlie rebuilt three circa 1930 leaded glass casement windows.

Description of Work: They reshored and jacked up the existing roof, added a new joist, tresses, soffitt, facia trim, and put on new slate roof.

+ 0 moreEXCELLENT CRAFTSMANSHIP! THE REPAIRS THAT HE MADE ARE INVISIBLE. THE INSTALLATIONS ARE SO GOOD THAT YOU CAN'T TELL THAT THEY WEREN'T ALWAYS IN THIS 80 YEAR OLD MERIDIAN KESSLER HOUSE. HE IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED FOR SUCH HIGH QUALITY. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND IS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. I LIKE THE FACT THAT HE SALVAGES WOOD FROM OLDER HOMES AND RECYCLES IT ON OTHER JOBS. WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH HIS WORK THAT WE'RE GETTING ANOTHER QUOTE FROM HIM TO DO OTHER WORK ON OUR HOUSE.
Description of Work: INSTALLATION OF DOOR CASING AND TRIM, INSTALLATION OF CROWN MOLDING, BASEBOARDS, SHOE MOLDING, REPAIR OF SHELF IN BREAKFAST ROOM, REPAIR OF HOLES IN HARDWOOD FLOOR.

Description of Work: WE LIVE IN MERIDIAN KESSLER AND REQUIRE REMODELING WORK THAT IS PERIOD-SPECIFIC. CHARLIE CONVERTED A SPACE IN OUR BEDROOM TO CREATE A LARGE CLOSET WITH DOUBLE OPENING DOORS. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF MATCHING MOLDING AND WOOD TONES.
