+ -1 moreFantastic! The guys helped move some things out of the way, completed the work efficiently, and were very polite and tidy. They even offered to sweep up the carpet afterwards. I was extremely pleased and would definitely use Charles and his team again.

+ -1 moreI had a few wrinkles in the carpet in our upstairs bedroom that we needed to repair. He arrived on time and did a great job of repairing the carpet. While he was repairing the carpet he noticed a number of other imperfections in the carpet that he also repaired. Now the carpet looks great!

+ 0 moreHe came to the house within three days of my call to evaluate the scope of the job to be done. Work was performed in a careful and thorough manner. He was prompt, clean and careful with his tools and clean-up when done. The price was right and I would recommend his work.
Description of Work: He very carefully repaired a whole house installed carpet that was done by someone else. All of the thresholds and several seams needed to be opened and redone. A lot of installers don't want to repair someone else's sloppy workmanship but Mr. Hazelwood was willing, prompt and did great work. I can't even see the problem areas after his repair.

Description of Work: My sister is getting ready to sell her home and wanted someone to stretch carpets and do anything else to put her home in top shape. Charles responded to her request immediately and worked Saturday to help her get her house ready. He was prompt, professional, and did an A plus job, in a short time, with out complications at a fair price. She asked if he could look at a room where she had furniture and understood it could not be stretched unless she moved the furniture, which she could not do. He said he would take care of it and did, finishing a second room in the single trip. He is a really nice person as well. He has her very highest recommendation, and she can be pretty picky about workmanship.

+ -1 moreHe did a beautiful job. He is a very good person. He is prompt, professional, and efficient. I would recommend his services to anyone. You cannot see the seams even though he had to piece together 3 different pieces. He did an outstanding job! He also does installation, repairs, and resoration.
Description of Work: We are currently working on selling this home. Charles seamed the carpet that was below a cabinet and he installed new pads as well.
