It was one those, I had gotten a couple of other peoples estimate and I went, "wow." I signed the guy on at the moment. They have already scheduled the work. What I liked the best was it was not pre-structured. We had to adjust the house to fit what they could sell me; they will make it to fit my house. Their sales people don't work on commission. There is not a big pressure to upgrade us on every little detail and that is really cool. The other two people that I had were very much promoting. The estimate was for $15000 and it was a good ballpark. I was very happy with them.

They did a great job. We are very pleased with the outcome. We absolutely love our sunroom.

Installers arrived on time & installed everything in 2 days. Overall very satisfied. Were not informed of 7-10 day delay in glass until day-of but not that big of a deal.

Champion Windows products are fantastic and very much beat out any other window/door company. Their products never fail. In our previous 2 homes there were windows by another majory window company already in the home and they were junk - the locks did not work. In our current home with crank-out windows, the cranks are broken so we have to use channel locks to open them. The lever arms come off of the tracks so we have to remove the screens the pull the windows in to close.

The installer came around 9am. The work was completed around 3:30pm. He was very professional, did an excellent job and there was no mess left behind from the installation.

The custom work was perfect. The installer was competent and professional. Cost was a little high but it was custom so that's understandable.

The new door is beautiful. Champion offered enough colors to match my home perfectly. The glass itself is triple insulated. The door is no longer a source of cold in the room because the glass itself is triple insulated (low-E gas) and the installer fit the door properly to seal out breezes. The door has a good locking system for security. The installer was prompt and worked well. He cleaned up the area and hauled the old door away. After a couple of weeks I had a problem with the door sticking when it rolled. I called Champion. A service technician showed up the next day and swapped out the roller assembly for a new part. It has worked perfectly since then. The door has a good warranty and is backed by good service. I would buy more products from Champion and I recommend them to my friends.

The crew was friendly, neat, and very professional. They were in and out quickly and the job was done well. We are very happy with our three season room.

We were very satisfied with them as they worked within our budget. They gave us multiple options within our budget to choose from. The office staff returned calls promptly if we had questions. Once they were able to start the project it went quickly. They handled all the permits and we weren't required to do anything. We needed to make minor changes and they were able to do it without additional cost. If you are considering adding a sunroom make sure you think through the utility situation outside. The sunroom was added where our outside water faucet was and we had to move it.

They did an excellent job. We shopped several companies and they were the most reasonable in price the house turned out looking like we thought it would and the employees were great.

The have excellent service. We love the windows. The technician came at 8 in the morning and was done by 3 pm. He didn't take any breaks and did a wonderful job!

It was raining on originally scheduled day. The installed called that morning to see if we wanted to re-schedule. We did, for the next day. He was here on time and did a quick and excellent job. Left job site spotless.

We had someone drive by and ask to look at our sunroom because they liked it so much. I highly recommended Champion to them. They offer a 15 year warranty on any repairs and a lifetime warranty of any glass breakage. I think they are dedicated and very worthwhile.

The repairs were covered by our insurance company so there was no out of pocket cost. They were very responsive and got the work done quickly. Everyone we have dealt with has been very nice and trustworthy.
