Description of Work: They came out to look at some Windows and the roof to quote replacement/repair. The guy said he looked at an arial view of the roof to quote it but we only wanted a repair. We aren't sure what they really quoted for the specific Windows we wanted replaced because it wasn't itemized. I had to call 3 or 4 times to get the quote and when it was sent it was a partial only included the roof. I was frustrated trying to get someone besides the customer call rep to talk to me. She was the one that finally tried to help get me info. Just wasn't worth the time I had to put into it and I figured that this work wasn't a priority so it was treated as such.

Description of Work: Built a studio all-season sunroom (roughly 12x12). I love the sunroom and use it all year round. Great quality windows and doors and workers were good. My biggest issue was the long wait from order to actually starting building (little over 3 months). Unlike a competitor, they tied the roof into the rafters of my home, giving me much more headroom and was able to install ceiling fan. Electrical sub-contractor was good too. The salesman was good, but I had difficulty getting him to give me timely feedback on the order status. Finally, the manager worked with me directly.

Description of Work: WE HAD 18 WINDOWS REPLACED WITH CHAMPION VINYL WINDOWS. WE WENT TO THE SHOWROOM TO SEE THE SAMPLES, THEN THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO MEASURE. THE WINDOWS CAME IN ON TIME AND WERE INSTALLED IN ONE DAY. WE CALLED THEM BACK TO RECAULK ONE SPOT AND THEY RESPONDED TIMELY.
