They were excellent. The workmanship was great and the workers were great. Very courteous and decent men. There was no smoking, no foul language or music played. They were gentlemen.

The salesman came out to give us an estimate to replace 17 double-hung windows. He gave us the "hard" sell and bad-mouthed just about every competitor. Our daughter was sick and in obvious need of my wife and I, yet he continued to deliver his "sales pitch" as if nothing was going on. I finally asked him to get to the punch-line and let us know how much it would cost. He continued to give the "sales pitch' and finally, after two hours of pain, we were finally able to get our estimate and get him out of the house. We would definitely not trust Champion. ($11,500)

It went pretty well. They came out and did the estimate for us. They got it done when they said they would. They were friendly and professional. They cleaned up well.

In January 2006 I spent $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 replacing all the windows in my home through Champion Windows. I was happy with the company until recently when I was washing what appeared to be a dirty window, only to discover that the "dirt" wouldn't come off. I called the company. They said they would send someone out to look at it but it would cost me $53.00 for a trip charge. Regardless of whether the window ended up being a warranty problem for which they would be responsible or not, I was going to have to pay the $53.00 trip charge. I expressed my concern about the charge and was told in an unconcerned manner that that is what it would cost me to have them come out and determine if it was a manufacturer's problem or not. It was, in fact, their (the manufacturers) problem and they are going to replace it at no cost to me - except that pesky trip charge. It may seem reasonable to charge a trip charge if the window turns out to be faulty due to negligence on the part of the homeowner; however, to charge me to come out and tell me that the product you sold me was bad, seems somewhere outside the bounds of reasonableness.

I called Champion and they came to my home and gave me a quote of $1,530. I called another company and they replaced the door for $450. Champions prices were extremely high!

They did a fantastic job. It was a clear day, but a cold one. They did all the windows in the morning, took them about 4 hours. Took around 2 weeks to have the custom windows made. They are very reliable, I felt like I was dealing with someone who can communicate, talk, and get the work done at the same time. They were great. We didn't get cold during the install, either.

They shorted us a window. We paid for it but the men did not deliver it. When I brought it to their attention, the gentleman got very upset and was a smart-aleck. He came out with his boss and counted my windows, as if I was going to cheat them out of a window. They also did that with my shutters. When I looked at the shutters I noticed that they did not install a new set of shutters; we paid for it and they thought they could get away with not installing it. Even the service men told me when they were installing the windows; they said the salesman screwed up every time. Spending that kind of money, there was no excuse to short us a window and shutters. The installers did a great job and were very nice, neat and vary mannerly. That doesn't say anything for the owner or salesman.

Jason came for an estimate and since it would match what we had, we did go ahead and place the order. They thought it may be in by the holidays, but didn't come in until the first week in January. I love Champion. The only thing that was frustrating is I was told they plan 3 - 4 hours for installation and they don''t do late installs. I had to arrange to use 4 hrs vacation time. The two gentlemen who did install arrived early, installed the door, cleaned up and were done in 55 minutes.

They did a good job. We would hire them again in the future if needed.

We are having a slight problems with the way the door is closing. We feel that it is due to the way it was installed. We will be getting in contact with the company in order to have them repair any problems.

The windows were installed by two teams (4 guys-Jim, Slim, Cory and Brent) on August 15th in one day. They were polite and skilled and cleaned up very well. It was a good experience and we would use them again and would recommend the company and its employees.

They were very quick to come back out to fix any problems.

The guy showed up and only stayed about 5-10 minutes. He gave me a ballpark guesstimate. I never did see an estimate that included what I needed the estimate for and he didn't even bother to show me any of the window selections. As soon as I said I wouldn't be getting the work done until next year, he was done with me. I will not ever do business with this company. I know I'm getting work done next year, but if this company can't even bother to give me an estimate or show me their selection, they don't deserve any business at all.

They are excellent! From the sales people to the installers they are wonderful.

I didn't have any problems with them. They were very willing to come back and do a couple of little touch up things after the work was complete. I've really enjoyed the room addition this year, it turned out very nice. The workmen were quiet and respectful of each other and of myself, i had no problems with them. I would definitely use them again.

We also spoke with a man in the showroom and arranged for in home appointment. I thought they were highly overpriced. They gave us several options for ways to save money but the price was still outrageous. They were very punctual, professional and knowledgeable.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WAS PLEASED, AND I WOULD GO TO THEM AGAIN. THEY HAD A GOOD QUALITY OF WORK. I CALLED THEM, AND THEY CAME ON TIME AND DID THE JOB THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.

The salesman was very thorough in his presentation and answered all my questions satisfactorily. The installers were very friendly and professional. I have no leaks in any of the windows and am very satisfied by the work performed.

He was very nice and professional, he had nice brochures but his price was two in half times what I got the job done for.

INSTALLER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS JOB AND WAS ABLE TO INSTALL IT IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. HE REMOVED OLD DOOR AND PUT IN NEW ONE BY HIMSELF. I WAS TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH CHAMPION CO. DARRIN GAINER (REPRESENTATIVE) CAME TO MY HOUSE; HAD A VERY GOOD PRESENTATION & INVITED ME TO VISIT THEIR OFFICES. I DID VISIT AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED. SO I PURCHASED A DOOR. GOOD PRICE AND I HAVE A HIGH QUALITY DOOR.

COMPANY FIRST GAVE ESTIMATE. WORK WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY AND W/O BIG DELAY. THEY MISSED THE SOFFIT ON ORIGINAL ESTIMATE, AND THIS WAS ADDED ON. THERE WERE TWO PROBLEMS WHICH WERE CORRECTED.

VERY PROMPT TO SEE US AND COURTEOUS. BUT WE GOT NOTHING OF WHAT WE WANTED. SHE BASICALLY WAS GOING TO SELL US THEIR STANDARD SUN ROOM NO MATTER WHAT WE WANTED ON THE INSIDE OR OUT. OPLUS, IT WAS PRICED ON WHAT SHE THOUGHT WE WOULD PAY, NOT WHAT IT WAS WORTH.

WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. DID NOT LEAVE A BIG MESS AND DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHER PEOPLE. PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WINDOWS, OFFERED INFORMATION ABOUT TAKING CARE, AND CLEANING WINDOWS.

HAVING DONE SOME RESEARCH, WE SELECTED CHAMPION BECAUSE OF PRICE AND PRODUCT. SALES PEOPLE WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL, INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE, AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH PRODUCT. THEY HAD TO REORDER ONE WINDOW DUE TO INCORRECT SIZE, EITHER FROM MISMEASUREMENT OR FACTORY ERROR. BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF THAT IN REASONABLE TIME AND MADE AN ADJUSTMENT WE REQUESTED TO ANOTHER WINDOW WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE CORRECTED WINDOW. ALL IN ALL, WE FOUND THESE FOLKS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND WE REALLY ARE ENJOYING OUR NEW WINDOWS. THEY HAVE PERFORMED AS ADVERTISED.
