I have used CH Cleaning for for about 15 years. I have been a Regional Property Manager for 32 years. The owner is very competent and is always professional. I have thrown some pretty impossible tasks at her, and she has always nailed them perfectly and on time. She's done everything from new construction clean up to inspection Cleaning and vacant Cleaning just to name a few. If you need performance, call CH Cleaning!

I have been using Holly to clean my home for the last 7 months. I was impressed with her initial cleaning that I decided to have her clean my home every 3 weeks. With each cleaning obvious stuff would get missed. I no longer smelled the fresh smell from the cleaning supplies, toilets dirty, floors spotty, other areas of my home missed, etc. Qualify and attention to detail was slowly leaving. It takes one person about 8 hours to clean my home, two people 4 hours at the minimum of none stop cleaning. Holly and her helper would take several cig breaks. This last cleaning, which took place Sept 26th was the worst cleaning ever!!! Soon as I walked into my home, I could tell it wasn’t cleaned. My hardwood floors were filthy, vanity sticky, mirrors not cleaned and/or cloudy, laundry sink dirty, kitchen cabinet doors dirty, nothing was dusted, sunroom gross, ETC!!!!!, No cleaning smell in the air… I had paid Holly prior to me checking my home, $315. They arrived at 10:45am and was gone by 1:37pm!!! Not including all the cig breaks in between!! She did return $50 and came back and cleaned some of the worst areas (still lots of areas dirty/missed) the next day. She did apologize and admitted that she knew that several areas of my home weren’t cleaned to standard, yet she didn’t say anything until I brought it up, which is bad business. I also checked my cameras (some cameras are hidden) and was really shocked at what I saw, most areas she vacuumed only, no dusting, not cleaning supplies used..etc. This explains it all!! She had a lady helping her which is the worst mistake ever. Clearly this lady should not be in ANY homes cleaning!! The lack of disrespect for my home, unprofessionalism and unethical practices is bad business. Now, I have to pay all over again to my home cleaned.

CH is very professional and paid particular attention to detail in the bathrooms. They arrived on time and came with the cleaning supplies. Everything was spotless and was done in a timely manner. The person cleaning was extremely friendly. I highly recommend this company.

It was great! The ladies left our house looking as good as new! It was last minute and we needed out house cleaned before all our family arrived. They were a life saver! They were timely and very helpful. 10/10 would definitely hire them again.

She was fantastic, my showers sparkle!!! But she did everything I asked. Was processional and did everything I asked. She asked questions and made sure to repeat everything back, ensuring there wasn’t any confusion. Will be using her again.

I hired Holly for a deep clean of my home. We had previously hired Merry Maids. I have a rather large house with two very messy kids and multiple pets. Holly and her helper stayed literally eight hours and made this house as clean as it was when we moved in nine years ago. She organized all the kids’ stuff and even washed all bedding. She kept in contact with me throughout the day and sent many pictures. We are very pleased with Holly’s work. She did better than Merry Maids and the other two cleaning ladies we had. Will have her back for biweekly cleaning from now on.

I hired C.H. Cleaning to do a deep clean of my 2,800 sq. ft. home. Holly texted me stating that she would charge me $450 to clean everything from top to bottom. She would subsequently charge me $250 per month for a maintenance cleaning. During the initial interview, I stressed that I a Swiffer dusting doesn't work, but that dusting requires Pledge and Windex and a cloth. Holly stated that she feels the same way and that she believes cleaning the old fashioned way is best. Swiffers have their place in light cleaning, but they are not the proper choice for deep cleaning jobs. Holly assured me that no surface would be left uncleaned at the end of their deep clean. I agreed to $450 for a top-to-bottom cleaning. Holly and her co-worker arrived around 10:15. They were late (she was late for our initial appointment because she was lost) because she went to Geist instead of my home on Cumberland Road. No bigee! They stayed until around 4:30, I believe. While they were finishing, I did a very cursory inspection of a couple of things. I called Holly's attention to dust on some wall shelves, which had not been touched. She told me she would be back upstairs to dust the shelves. That didn't happen. Holly brought me occasional reports on their cleaning progress throughout the day. She told me that she was washing the silk plants outside. I thought this was great and a good sign that the house would sparkle when she and her co-worker were finished. Around 4:30, I believe, Holly stated they were finished. I should have inspected, but I trusted that everything would be cleaned, as promised. I gave Holly $450 plus a $50 tip to share with her co-worker. After they left, I went through the house. I grew increasingly angrier as I went through the house touching surfaces only to find that they were gritty. I brought out my bottle of Windex, a clean cloth, and began to clean the glass surfaces. What a huge difference! Here is the text message I sent to Holly: "Hi Holly. Today I went through the house to evaluate the deep cleaning. I am disappointed that many things were not cleaned. The glass shelves in the kitchen and living room were gritty. I always use glass cleaner which gets rid of the grit. The white kick under the kitchen cabinets was still dirty. I removed the dirt with a wet cloth and hot water. The top of the refrigerator was grimy. The coffee table in the living room was gritty. It took me a couple of hours to clean all the surfaces with glass cleaner and a rag. The window blinds and window sills are still dirty. The glass pedestal in the upstairs hallway was gritty. I cleaned it with glass cleaner. I would expect more during a regular clean let alone a deep clean. I need to terminate our relationship. I wish you well." Holly wrote: "Oh wow I am very sorry that sound things still look Dirty to you. I can come back out tomorrow if you would like." I chose not to have Holly come back. My home is my sanctuary and I do not want any discord or negativity. I would have been extremely uncomfortable to have her back. I look at service providers as professionals whose work is their trademark. I do not think it unreasonable to state my requirements during the initial interview and allow the service professional to tell me whether they are able to meet those requirements. My requirements did not change from the interview to the day of the deep clean. I do not think it unreasonable to run my fingers across the glass surfaces after a deep cleaning and have the expectation that my fingers would not be covered in dust. I have many beautiful statues and Holly stated that this would not be a big problem. In fact, I was being charged a higher price because of my collectibles. My requirements were very straightforward. For the deep clean, I wanted all glass shelves cleaned with glass cleaner. Baseboards were to be cleaned with a damp cloth. Blinds were to be cleaned. Window sills were to be cleaned. Anything that could be reached with a two-step stepstool was to be cleaned. All shelves, picture frames, lamps, door moldings, surfaces, oven, etc. should be cleaned during a deep clean. Holly is a very nice person. This has nothing to do with personalities. It is business. I have lost all confidence in the housekeeping industry. I think that for $450 plus a $50 gratuity, my house would be clean. What I received was not even the quality of a monthly maintenance cleaning. Maybe Holly and her co-worker were off their game the day they came to my home. I don't know. I just know that I have $500 less money and a house that isn't clean. Fortunately, I'm having major remodeling done in a couple weeks. once that is done, I will hire my niece to come here and clean. I had her and a couple people look at the house and they, too, were surprised that it had been "deep cleaned." An "A" rating used to mean something. I've done 82 reviews on Angie's List and this is one of the few more disappointing reviews I have done. Never again!!!

Hard working team, excellent at their jobs.......

It went very well! There was confusion on the time set for the cleaning, from me asking to reschedule initially, so not her fault at all but she was very apologetic--you can tell she really cares about her clients! She cleaned everything better than it's ever been cleaned and was very respectful of our home. We already scheduled our second cleaning with her!

The cleaning was superb and went so well that we have hired Holley on a regular basis.

Found her on Angie's List -- we needed a deep housecleaning service for a rental property we own. The tenants left the place in awful shape - she was able to go to the property and give us a quote and completed the job quickly! Awesome communication and would use again -- great service!

I needed the condo cleaned with in a week as it was going on the market. Have 2 male grad students living there and it was really really dirty. Holly tackled it and did a great job. She communicates very well and I have already hired her for a second time.

The two way communication has been the success to our business relationship. There have been many times she has gone above and beyond the routine duties to ensure we have a nice environment to live! She also has been willing to do various other projects for a fair price! We have been completely satisfied with her work and when we aren't, we communicate to her and she makes it right. I have recommended her to many others over the years. We consider her more than a "cleaning lady" at our house!
