+ 3 moreThe process went great! John was reliable, courteous, punctual, and honest from the beginning. He brought in expert workers to do each phase, and kept us informed of each step along the way and how long it would take. He was especially helpful when dealing with our insurance company, providing them with estimates of his work and all the dimensions they needed for processing the claim. When we ran into a slight problem with matching the original stain for the baseboard, John worked very hard to be accommodating and to match the wood trim. He was pleasant and always available by phone to answer questions. I consider him a friend and would call on him for recommendations and for future jobs in our home.
Description of Work: John replaced about a foot of drywall that had been removed in our basement, which included a big media/game room, office and foyer area at the bottom of the stairs. He smoothed it, seal-coated, primed it and painted it to match our previous color. Then he purchased the flooring we picked out, laid the new laminate underlaying and flooring. Then he furnished, stained, and installed 3/4 inch baseboard around the entire area. He hauled away any debris and cleaned the entire area.
