I received a call back for a quote w/in hours. Scheduled start date a week later. Everyone was on time, polite, professional, cleaned up after the job.

They were professional, on time, quiet, clean, in and out. Colors match fairly closely. No complaints. I would use them again.

Certa Pro was excellent. I initially received a phone call the night before services were about to start stating they would need to come by later than they were scheduled the next day due to running behind on another job. Team lead showed up and said he would need to start prepping the next day (a day late) due to their scheduling, but he would go ahead and order the paint. He told me that the completion time could be pushed up and they would work the weekend. Project was done right on time and painters even going the extra mile helping install mini-blinds on a window that I did not have ladder capable of reaching. Jonathan and his crew were excellent and will be asked for by name the next time I need a painter. Thanks for your service and getting me into the new house on time!

Painters arrived at time they promised, supervisor and I went through what was expected to be done. I reminded them not to put their ladders against the gutters (I have gutter guards) and they agreed to that. Took about 4 hours to complete. When completed supervisor and I walked around again and verified I was satisfied. The front door was a mess--I painted it myself a long time ago and was rather ashamed of the results, but just never did anything with it. It now looks like brand new. That alone was worth the cost of the paint job. I checked around with other companies and Certa Pro was the best price of all. I will definitely be using them in the future. Great job, guys!!!!

The site lead (Marcos Montes) was excellent. He kept me completely informed of the job progress on a daily basis.

CertaPro Painters power washed the whole house one week prior to the scheduled prep and paint work. We have a 2-1/2 story home on a walkout basement. A crew of 6 worked to caulk the HardiPlank siding and do some light carpentry work, adding flashing to three select areas of the home. The weather cooperated and it took the crew two full days to paint the home and accent the trim. They cleaned well each day and at the end of the project. Communication with the sales, project manager and crew was very cooperative. CertaPro Painters is a national and reputable company and I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

We thought they would do all the work. They were somewhat adequate, but I just wasn't pleased with them. It was not the best job that could have been done. I felt that they took way too long, they did not really clean up very well after themselves, and they missed some spots that I had to call them back and point out. I was unhappy with it. They were pleasant enough, it wasn't that they weren't pleasant. I was paying them to do what I expected, which was a really fine job. CertaPro was recommended by some neighbors, but what I think happens is CertaPro contracts out different people so you might get somebody really good and you might not. I think my neighbor would probably give them a much higher grade. CertaPro is the one that contracts out these people. They could probably have worked more efficiently and they definitely could have cleaned up better after themselves. They definitely could have done a more thorough job so that I did not have to call them back and tell them the spots that they missed. I am not happy about the quality of their work.

From the estimate to the work completion, CertaPro did a great job. Response time was quick, which was important to us as we are preparing this condo for sale. They were able to schedule us the next week after the estimate was provided. The work was top notch, but nearly as important was the communication. They had a project manager who kept us informed of what was planned and what they needed from us. The whole job went very well and we are thrilled with the result. Value for the money spent is high.

CertaPro was one of four Angie's List A rated painters I had look at my exterior house painting project. They did a detailed inspection of my scope of work and gave me a detailed quote that was the best price of my four bidders. They scheduled the work within 2 weeks of my approval. The pressure washer guy came in about 10 days. There was a 5 day painting delay due to all the rain we have been having. But they showed up at 7 am Saturday and worked 12 hours and then another 8 hours on Sunday to finish the job. The guys followed directions well, worked safe & were very thorough and neat. Had a lot of high roof work required for painting the four dormers. Very pleased - would use them again.

The estimator was professional and courteous. He provided the estimate on the spot so I did not have to wait to receive it. He also responded quickly when I called to make a change.

They were VERY responsive and professional! Project Manager came right over and provided me a wealth of suggestions and an instant quote. Work was complete on time and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

We were not impressed with CertaPro. They were on time with their estimate and the price was average to below average. Decided I would go with them since they get generally positive reviews here on Angie's List. I tried to contact my sales rep a few days after the estimate and eventually found out he had been fired. That should have been a clue. The first available date to do the job was Saturday 23 May (Memorial Day weekend) I was told in writing to expect to see my crew between 0830 and 0900. Neither seeing nor hearing from anyone in the company, I began to call about 1000 the contact numbers I was provided. They were off or on vacation and the forwarding number given in the messages just took me back to someone that was off or on vacation. About a half hour later, I contacted the VP (he was the one that informed me that my sales rep had been fired).Low and behold, he was on call for the weekend. He was clueless as to what was going on, but to his credit he did get on the issue and was able to call me back a couple of times. Seems that with the rain the previous week, they had got behind but no one decided to tell me. The VP told me that my job leader would be out to the house. I told him not to send him out at 4 pm just to talk to me unless he is going to do the work. Guess what happened. The job leader came out at 4 pm and spoke with me and then went home. There goes a Saturday I'll never get back. The VP wanted to do it on Sunday. Told him I wouldn't be there since that little race was that day. He said I didn't need to be. Told the job leader on Saturday what I wanted done, verified that his order sheet was correct. The next day I get a call from the job leader to verify what I want and we went back over it about 3 times. When I got home, it wasn't exactly what I told him. The job leader didn't speak very good English which may have been the problem. After all the messages I left with the people that were not at work and didn't call me to tell me they were behind AND the VP, you would think that they would call me on Sunday to see how it is going. You would think they would call on Monday or Tuesday to at least pretend they give a hoot about their customer. But of course, they did not. Despite the screw up on the deck colors, the crew leader did a pretty good job, although for the amount of money I paid I would expect a little better. I give him a B and that is the only thing that keeps me from giving this company an F. You would think they would offer a discount or something so I would be happy enough to pass on their reference to my neighbors and friends. Clearly NOT. They prefer to spend their time and effort on the mega advertising they do on TV and the radio throughout town.

Written estimate and detailed work agreement went well. Crew showed up on scheduled day for power wash and prep of exterior. On the day of the painting work (Saturday), one person showed up and asked me what work they were supposed to do. Really? I explained. He stayed for about one hour and did some caulk work, where he could, since he did not bring a ladder. Said he would be back on Monday. Took time off work on Monday and no one showed up for to do work. I contacted certapro and they said Tuesday at 8:30am. I took off work on Tuesday and the crew arrived at 9:10am. The first question for me from the crew was, Where is the paint? I said I wasn?t aware I was to purchase the paint, nor would I. Contacted certapro but need to leave to head in for work. Certapro supervisor contacted by phone and communicated the situation was corrected with the crew and all would be done correctly. Of course, now that I couldn?t be home all day, the exterior doors could not be painted. So, I had to take more time off from work on Wednesday to be home for the door painting. Wednesday morning, again, no one shows up and I had to call certapro. They said they would get someone right out. One guy arrives at about 9:15am. Borrows my ladder because he did not bring one, paints 3 exterior doors and the garage door, takes until about noon to complete the work, has me complete paperwork that clearly should be completed by him, collects my check and leaves. All said, caulking and prep work subpar. Didn?t get more than one coat of paint on the doors as I just couldn?t take more time off work for the project.

I expected the power wash to clean the exterior of the house better, but while they were performing the work and after they were complete, I came to the realization I could have done the same thing myself for the same quality.

They did a good job. Friendly, efficient, and fast.

I do not like their service. I was very unhappy with the service. The paint was not the question. The paint was acceptable. But, their service and procedure was very low-key. I would never ever hire them again.

I spent within the $1200 range. I think they did a very good job. They told me when they would do the work. The first day they did the power wash and the painting crew took 2 days to paint the house. They left everything cleaned up.

My experience with CertaPro was outstanding. From the initial estimation, to the color consultation (something I would highly recommend to anyone who isn't 100% certain of what colors they want to use), and the actual painting and clean up, everything was done beyond expectations.
