They were having a hard time scheduling it so it's going to be scheduled too far away. The cost was more expensive than what I was able to find elsewhere. They were very professional. They made sure to include everything. I would probably not use them in the future.

They came out and provided an estimate. The estimator was on time and courteous. The rates quoted seemed reasonable. However after the estimate we were unable to get ahold of anyone from the company, so we went somewhere else.

Terrible. Project was delayed over a month. Inaccurate quote. Tried to ask for more money to complete the job. Didn't do all of the work originally agreed upon. Would never contract with them again.

Went well. Completed quickly. All personnel friendly and professional. No problems.

They were fantastic. Someone came to power wash the house and when he brought the whole team to paint he wasn't happy with the power washing so he power washed it again. He spent the day power washing it and had to send the team somewhere else because they couldn't paint. Super kind & super easy to work with.

They did a great job! The house never looked better.

They did an excellent job. Salesman was thorough and provided a price on the spot, which was great. The painting crew was timely, professional and cleaned up after themselves 100%. They did an excellent job caulking the house. All of the siding, trim, soffit and fascia were new so all seams needed sealed. I was very pleased with the quality and attention to detail. I would absolutely hire Certa again and I would request the same crew that I had. Highly recommend.

The project went very smoothly. The team quickly addressed the "punch list/touch up" items we identified with our project manager and they even painted the garage doors the same day we decided to do that at the final walk-through.

We used CertaPro Painters of Indianapolis in the past and had a good experience. When we call them, if we had any questions or anything, they were very responsive. Actually, they had somebody come out a year or so after just to do some maintenance, more of a follow up, so it had no charge, though. We didn't get any additional quote so I really can't say, I mean I think, personally I think the price was reasonable for the job they did.

Overall, the crew did a very nice job. Certa Pro used a crew from a 3rd party (which is fine). The work started on time and did take longer than expected. The crew did great work - very high standards and excellent work. Several evenings they worked late until 8 or 9 pm which was a little disruptive. The biggest challenge was communication - the paint crew leader had limited English skills but another member of his team was fluent in English. We had one significant matter wherein I would have appreciated more engagement from the CertaPro project manager (not the paint crew leader) to engage. I suspect they are very busy this time of year. All in all everything got done - a couple days longer than expected - quality of work was very good! The overall experience was just not managed as well as the other three contractors we had working with us over the same three week period.

Could Not have gone better! Estimator was prompt, courteous and in uniform. Quote was reasonable with no up-selling. Contractor used by CertaPro arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time. Our contractor Marcos was pleasant, polite, neat and also appeared in a CertaPro branded jacket. The work was excellent! No corners were cut. After the removal of the paper the walls were sanded, spackled, caulked, primed, and painted twice with the finish coat. Absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely hire CertaPro again as long as we can ask for our same contractor!

JJ was extremely responsive for our request for a quote. The quote was detailed and very reasonably priced. They were able to fit us in within a couple days, and the quality of work was exceptional. Could not have asked for a better experience, and we will definitely use them again!

They were prompt, they paid close attention to what you wanted done, they matched the exterior colors perfectly, they did a very professional job and cleaned up afterwards. Could not have asked for a better job from a hard-working, courteous crew. I would highly recommend them.

Our house had bright colors in the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, upstairs landing, and all the connecting halls, all of which I wanted repainted in a neutral color plus one accent wall. We asked to have some water damage on the ceilings repaired and then painted, too. The representative from CertaPro assured me that the paint they used would cover adequately in two coats. The contract included a price for painting the walls and ceilings ($2226); an estimated total for wall repair, ceiling repair, and 3rd coat of paint ($45 per man per hour, estimated total of $674); other services we decided against (baseboards and door frames); a free paint upgrade; and an Angie's List discount ($359). He said the work would take 3 or 4 days total and asked if there was a room we'd like completed first (yes, the kitchen). The painting crew came on the scheduled day and time. There were 3 or 4 guys, including the foreman (or supervisor or lead or whatever), I don't remember his name. I was here when they arrived to discuss the job and then I left for the day. The first day I arrived home around 4 PM to find so much more done than I expected; the crew had already finished for the day. The second day I talked to the foreman in the morning about little things here and there I wanted them to fix and he was very receptive. I asked him to patch a hole in a room that wasn't being painted and gave the go ahead for a third coat on the accent wall; I assumed I would be charged the per-hour rate for those things like the contract specified. The foreman told me the job was complete around 2 PM on the second day and we took a walk around to check out the work. I gave the OK but the paint hadn't dried yet. I was very surprised that the work took half the time expected. At the conclusion of the work, I expected to pay the discounted amount for the painting ($1866.60) plus a per-hour rate the extra services. The foreman told me I owed $2610.08. As best as I could tell from talking to him, there had been no tracking of the time for patching and extra painting, so I have no idea how that total was reached. He told me the office told him that was what I owed on the contract. I paid it, thinking it must be what the estimate was, but later realized the estimate was for $2540.60. I noticed some issues over the following few weeks and called CertaPro about them. An area that was patched while the rest of the walls were being painted and therefore painted later, separately, was obviously a different finish than the rest of the wall. Several spots on the ceilings in multiple areas were missed. And roller marks were obvious on the accent wall. CertaPro sent a representative out pretty quickly, who checked out my complaints and scheduled follow-up work with another crew. The two-man crew that came out to fix the issues was very good. They went beyond quick fixes to do a thorough job, even noticing other gaps that I missed and fixing those. I would've liked Marcos to have been the foreman for the original work. In addition to some inconsistencies in the paint job, the original crew left paint in places where it shouldn't be: brush strokes on the range hood and droplets on the counter tops & front patio. They damaged the connector for our sectional sofa when they moved it, which means the two pieces no longer lock together. I didn't bother telling CertaPro about these because I didn't think it would matter, although I did factor them in when I gave the ratings here. Overall I have mixed feelings about CertaPro. I chose them instead of an individual provider because I thought I'd have a more professional experience and, in some ways, I did. The crew(s) arrived when expected and worked quickly. The company was clear and copious in its communication. They stood behind the work and addressed any concerns immediately. The paint upgrade and Angie's List discount were nice perks. But I wanted it to be done well the first time, and I would've liked an invoice or something to explain why I paid what I did. The work wasn't cheap and I don't think I should have to follow up to have it done right. I'm not sure I would choose them next time I need painting done.

After a mix up on the start day of the project, the team arrived on the new date and completed all of the work in one day. They were neat, careful of plants and cleaned up nicely after the project. I noticed one area that did not look right after they finished. The manager came out and inspected-he fixed the issue right away.

Work went pretty fast and we didn't have too much interaction while the work was done as I was working and not home. There was a ton of scraping needed on my house and they did a pretty fair job for the amount I was charged. Customer service was excellent. Both Jose (job lead) and Michelle (operations administrator) had great customer service skills. After the work was done, I had to email and complain that there were many paint chips that missed getting cleaned up, which I was not happy. However after contacting Michelle, she sent workers and a superintendent to review the work right away and they took care of the problem. Brady, the field superintendent was very good too and wanted to make sure my issues were taken care of and that I was happy before leaving.

Kept me informed, completed in one day.

They promised all sorts of things and never delivered. We signed a contract saying that they would pressure wash the house before painting, chalking around the windows, etc. They ended up breaking some of our windows and took forever to get the replacements. They did not let us know if anything else needed to be replaced even though we asked them to. They hounded us for money when the job wasn't even done yet. We had to pay out of pocket for the window replacement and said that they would take it off the total cost of the project. The paint that they left us doesn't even match the paint that's on the house. The supervisor would take his arm and wipe off the dirt with one arm and spray the paint with the other. They did not clean up the trash at all. I had to call them back to pick up after themselves. I would not recommend them.

Excellent! They communicated well, arrived on time, completed the job as promised. They check in daily and covered any needs I mentioned. The crew was polite, helpful and worked hard.
