Description of Work: Interior painting of many rooms in the house. I had used CertaPro previously for exterior work and had been pleased. Not the case this time. All the crew seemed to care about was getting the job done at lightening speed. As a result, the work was sloppy and many spots missed entirely. Further, nobody even followed up to see if we were pleased with the work. I will not use CertaPro again.

Description of Work: We had our house painted at the end of August and there were places where the paint is starting to peel already. The first time that the house was painted they used the wrong color paint but that was corrected. I will be waiting till next spring to see how the house weathered over the winter.

Description of Work: CertaPro had one of their representatives out the day after I called and had their painters there the day after that. They painted my two story entrance hall quickly and it looks great. I went ahead and hired them to do more painting in the house based on their good work.
