The man who came out to do the estimate was excellent. The two guys that showed up to paint were just ok. I had to tell one of them that he needed to paint my windowsills and he didn't know what that was. So I showed him and he said he would do whatever I wanted. They would miss parts and I would have to show them to do it again. The better of the two painters disappeared for half of the day to go to another job. It's been a little over a year now and my paint on the windowsills are cracking and chipping. I called to complain because I had them use the highest quality paint from Sherwin Williams and there is a 2-year warranty included. They said nothing could be done because windowsills are not covered. Not exactly good business in my opinion. I wouldn't use them again in the future because of this nor would I recommend them to any family or friends.

These guys are fantastic. They painted my entire main level floor, upstairs loft area, upstairs bathroom, and 2-story foyer all in 1.5 days. They fix my bathroom wall that I damaged removing stubborn wallpaper and now it looks perfect. They also removed a dining room wallpaper border that I couldn't budge for the life of me. They move all furniture, which is nice. They aim to please. The team is very courteous and hardworking. I will use them for all my painting needs. Excellent job and very reasonably priced. Also, I got a discount for being a Costco member.

CertaPro subcontracted the job to another company. This company had no English speaking workers. Therefore, I could not communicate with them when I realized that they were not doing the job as promised by CertaPro. I was told that they would power wash my home, scrape and caulk. They did send someone to power wash the house, but there was absolutely no other preparation work done. They painted over the flaking paint. It was up to me to point out the poor work and make them come back and fix it. They used very little paint on the house. I was assured that they would spray the paint on the house liberally and someone would come along behind the sprayer and roll it, working the paint into the wood. That didn't happen! They tried to do the entire job in approximately 3 hours. I'm sure this paint job will only last 1 day longer than the 2 year guarantee.

He was very timely with the estimate. I decided to use another company because they included additional services in the estimate that he did not.

They were responsive in coming out to do this estimate. They had great follow up on their bid. The reason we didn't pursue Certapro is because we are probably going to switch out to a fiberboard siding product. One of the things that was appealing about them is they have a two year warranty on their paint job. We would hire them in the future if the opportunity arose.

The guys that came to paint the exterior worked so hard I was very impressed. The company was bad about the timing and coming out so late to paint the house. The workers told us the company treated them very poorly. It was the office and not the workers that caused the problems. The workers were very good but the companies customer service was very poor.

It was very good. We suggested to the owner that he should call to follow up as least once during the day to make sure everything is going well because some of the workers didn't speak a lot of English. The work was done very well.

The end result was very satisfactory, but there were a couple of rough spots. The foreman didn't meet his initial appointment. The wrong primer was used, initially, and primer was slung onto the brick in several places. However, the field supervisor was very available and eager to be sure that we were totally pleased with the work and the total outcome. We were. The proper primer was obtained and applied; the slung primer was sanded off the brick; the job was finished on time. It was just that we had to keep a closer eye on the operation than we would have expected, given the company's reputation and high ratings.

They arrived on the day they stated they would be here. Work was completed in two days. We are very happy with the results and will consider them again in the future.

They did a very good job and it was an enjoyable experience. The workers were very on task and responsive, they didn't really speak English, but they were great and no problems at all.

Overall, we had a tremendous experience. We are very happy with the work CertaPro did. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family members and friends. The price for the workmanship is definitely worth every penny.

They are a company that I can go back to and are accountable for their work . Their prices are higher end, but it is worth it for the job that they do and the customer service. The end result was great.

I chose them because I had seen them work before. They stayed at it all day, for twelve hours. They powerwashed it first to get the dirt off of it. They covered all of my windows so the paint would not get on them. They also covered my neighbors RV because he refused to move it. I am very pleased with their work.

It went well. They were very professional. They guys who did the work were very cooperative. The sales tech was very professional. They were able to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time.

We had several estimates for the job and Certa Pro had the best price. The person who came to do the estimate was very helpful and made recommendations as to what type of paint would work best for this application. They took pictures and gave us an accurate estimate of how many days it would take. They emailed to confirm start date and time for pressure washing and actual painting. Everyone arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The barn looks great! We get a lot of compliments on it. Clean up after completion was very good. Most jobs are subbed out. The group we had was very professional and did a great job. Would definitely use Certa Pro again and would recommend highly.

So impressed with them we have called them back out to paint inside the house.

CertaPro was recommended by a family member, an interior designer who works with them often and even used CertaPro to paint her own home. The crews brought everything they needed (including clean drop cloths); wore paper booties over their shoes to keep our floors clean; and carefully covered woodwork, railings, and furniture for protection from splatters. Our crew was careful with our belongings, made few paint transfer splotches, and overall did a nice job. Amazingly, almost none of that horrible popcorn stuff on our ceilings was brushed off into the paint or onto the floor. The only weird thing was that the trim is painted first, which meant having every room disrupted simultaneously. Our crew also didn't use painter's tape for cut-in work, and although there were few smears, we had to ask the painters to go back over the edges at the tops of several walls and around some fixtures.

Rafael's crew did the job in three days. We had the master bedroom repainted in another color, since we did not like the original color we chose. They were able to accommodate this change quickly. Overall, this was a very good experience. They were punctual, courteous, communicated well, and did a quality painting and cleanup job. One of the colors we chose was particularly difficult, and in one room they put on 5 coats to ensure a quality result. I would definitely use CertaPro again, and I would request Rafael's crew.

I received 4 quotes to have my house painted. Certa Pro had the lowest quote of them all. They came out to the house and did a walk through with me.
