They had to come back twice to repair things they had done wrong. The first day they did not go to the right house and showed up four hours late. The manager of the crew was really accommodating and came out to make sure everything was right. They had to come back to finish things up that they missed painting. They didn't patch in areas that they said they would and had to redo that. The final product looks good but it was kind of an experience.

They were very good. They were on time. I will use them again in the future.

Our experience with CertaPro was positive from beginning to end. The sales professionals who came out and provided us with a quote were punctual and answered all of our questions. We ended up adding some wood elements to the exterior of our home and needed a new quote. They were quick to respond to give us a new quote. They scheduled the work right away. The paint crew members worked very diligently to get everything done as quickly as possible. They were very attentive to the details of their work and they checked in with us as the project went along to make sure that we were happy with their work. They were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves and were careful to put everything (porch and deck furniture) back exactly as they had found it. They did an excellent job of installing our new shutters, even on brick surfaces on some windows. Our house looks amazing! And the sales professionals did a great job of following up afterward to make sure that we were pleased with the work. Overall, a really great experience. We have already recommended them to others.

I believe we spent less than $2000.00 for the job. I thought they were good. They did a nice job. They cleaned up after themselves. The job turned out very well. We would use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job on the painting and power washing. The patch job was adequate. I give them credit though because they came three times to attempt to fix it and make me happy with the result. They were very good about being prompt as well! I will use them again.

We used them last year for interior painting and it went so well, we wanted to work with them again. The guy came out for an estimate and we understood it may be a higher price as they are a larger company and offer high quality service. I scheduled the work for a Wednesday and Thursday so my husband or I could be off work. They called on Monday saying they were sending someone out. We re-confirmed that they would be out on the pre-scheduled day. One downside is that communication is sometimes difficult with the workers. On the scheduled day, they called ahead to inform me they would be 30 minutes late. They ended up being over an hour late. We had 3 interior rooms to paint different colors and two of the paint colors ended up being incorrect. This may have been partially my fault due to simple confusion, but frustrating none-the-less. I wish they would have double checked the order. I offered to get the paint myself, which they agreed to. They offered to put the incorrect paint gallons in my vehicle for me, which I asked to be place in back seat. I left for the store and ended up running over the paint gallons. There was no damage to my vehicle, but I was surprised they didn't follow my directions. I left the two workers in my home alone when I went to the store. A few hours later, I was told they needed another gallon of paint which they requested I get myself again. I obliged so they could finish the work, but felt they should have taken care of it themselves. We had dinner plans that evening, and were told they wouldn't be able to rap up before 7:30 or 8. This was frustrating as that goes into family time due to them showing up late. Though, as a note they were on time the next day and completed the work. After going through the rooms, my husband and I felt the work was not up to par compared to previous work they've done for us. I wouldn't use them again in the future for any painting needs.

Everything went well. There is some chipping now, but the company said they would come and fix the problem for me and that this is normal.

The sales representative came to the house, took pictures and understood what I wanted. The price actually turned out a little lower than the quote. After the painting, I had an issue with a window and they came to fix it immediately. My house sold in 6 days once I listed it for sale. I think it stood out amoung the other homes on my block thanks to the color consultation!

We were thrilled with the service, professionalism, and overall experience. Employees were friendly and helpful- from the sales person to the free design help and the work crews. The house looks great! Even when the problem with the garage siding came up, they took responsibility and went above and beyond our expectations. Both the house and garage look great!

We had received a lot of recommendations for them. They gave us a fairly decent price. It wasn?t the cheapest, but we thought that, based on the recommendations, paying a little more would be worth it. One stipulation we had with them was that we didn?t want paint chips around the house. However, much to our dismay, when the crew was scraping the paint off, they didn?t do anything to prevent the paint chips from falling everywhere. The crew consisted of 20 guys, of which only one spoke English. He wasn?t responsive to our concerns about their promise not to scrape the paint. They didn?t do anything about it. It was a negative experience for us. Then, they started to paint. We have a variety of textures around our house such as sidings, brick and wood. The paint that they used wasn?t uniform along all the surfaces. This happened because they didn?t understand what we were talking about. So, after the job was done the first time, they had to come out another four times to get the work right. It was very frustrating. A lot of it had to do with the fact that there was a communication problem. The other problem was regarding the paint chips. We thought it was totally irresponsible of them. We certainly don?t have the best recommendations for them.

We did not like their work and they charged us to much. Maybe we just got a bad run of people, but we did not get satisfying results. We settled with the company so we can get them off our backs and be finished with them. We will not use their services again.

Certapro representative visited our home and provided a written estimate before she left. I was able to schedule the painting within a week & a half. Crew was friendly & professional -- although there was a language barrier one afternoon when the crew chief had left early. Good attention to detail and quick work.

They were great. They were fast, the job was done very professionally and we would recommend them.

It went well. They took their time and they did it right. They did not get the paint all over everything, which was a big concern. They did what they said they would do and they were neat and professional about it.

I hired them before a four years ago to do a lot more work and the price was much higher this time. They did good work. They are very professional.

All the people we worked with were very friendly and helpful. They even had a design person come out to help us pick the color. There were a few touch up spots to do and it took weeks for them to come back out, but they did a great job.

It was very positive. The gave an estimate and scheduled the work in a timely fashion. They were receptive to making changes when I adjusted what I wanted done. The actual workers who came to do the work were pleasant and flexible. They gave me time to inspect the job, which was done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up thoroughly and I felt the price was reasonable.

They came out and gave me a written estimate. They were prompt and courteous. They did an extremely good job and the crew cleaned up after themselves. They performed everything that they said they would perform and I was extremely satisfied with their work.

I called them and they gave a good estimate. They have an e-mail service that made it easy to stay in touch. They used high quality paint. We have a very high chimney that they worked on and even did a little fix-it work on nails and such. They cleaned everything up, and it only took about two days. Overall, it was a positive experience.

They never responded to my request for a quote.
