Description of Work: We contacted Carpets Mostly to tighten the carpet in our great room, and install rubber flooring in our workout room. They came and performed the tightening in the great room - which was fine - and, made the perimeter cuts in the old carpet in the weight room to allow us to remove the old carpet/pad and clean/seal the underlying basement floor. Due to a very heavy travel schedule, this took a while longer than hoped, but was finished in early fall. We began attempting to contact the fellow who'd performed the work to tell him that we were ready for him to complete the work (quote of $400.00). After three attempts (leaving messages with a live person for two of those) with no return call, we had someone else do the work. We at least expected a response of some sort.
