Terrible Customer Service. Took 2 days to return my initial call requesting someone to come out to the house and give me a quote. Then when he did call I told him my availability to meet at the house and he said he would call me back that day or the next. Never called so I called again, at first he stated we had set up a time to meet and I said we had not, he then realized he had me confused with someone else and would call me right back. He did call back said he lost all my information so I had to tell him what I needed AGAIN. Came out that day (Friday) - he said could leave work early and come to my house since I lived close. He said he would have a price for me on Monday. It is now Tuesday evening and still never heard anything! If they don't want the business just say so! Terrible Customer Service. I used them 5 years ago and they were fine. Won't call again.

Tim and Dave were great to work with and the installers arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Could not be happier!

I worked with Tim through out the process. Tim was very courteous and professional. He came in person to do an estimate and then was willing to write up few different estimates for verifying combinations of work to be done. Once we agreed on a specific job and price, Tim was able to have the floor delivered and project started, in a quick turn-around. The guys that were assigned our job were very polite and hard working. My wife was home most of the time alone with them and they were very quiet and respectful. The Job took 3-4 days and the 2 men worked very hard. There was only one problem with quality of work in a few places. I don't know if they forgot to finish and were just in a hurry or if they didn't even think to fill in some nails holes and add a small transition piece, but I had some concern after they left. That night, I took some pictures of the problem areas and showed Tim. He agreed to come out and look at the problems with no hesitation. Two days later, Tim came like he said with one of the workers and they fixed the problems areas. In the end, the floor looks great and carpet values did what they promised and made sure we were happy with the final product before asking for final payment. We will use Tim and Carpet values again in the future.

We began the process due to an insurance claim with Rob. Rob was so helpful in helping us select a great product which met the needs of our household. He provided several options to help us choose what type of forever flooring we would have in our home. He explained the best product, the costs, the best way to clean it, and also the pros and cons of each choice available. We selected a beautiful hardwood and installation began about two weeks later. The install crew was great! They were so professional and very careful with our home. The finished product is beautiful, and the customer service was right on with what was promised! We would use them again with any flooring project!

It went great! Our salesman was very helpful in explaining all of the options and was pleasant to work with. The installation crew showed up on time, co-ordinated their efforts with our furniture movers and completed the project in two days. One small misunderstanding about some trim was resolved in a professional manner and to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company and use them again.
