Business owner, Ceaser, came to my home and was very patient with my many questions. He provided a bid that was comparable to several others and completed work with quality. My neighbors remarked how good the trees lookedand how hard his employees worked on my house while I was at work. Ceaser also provided me with recommendations for a construction company that also did excellent work on my home for a very fair price. Overall great experience and will contact him again in future.

I had received a few estimates on removal of a large, dying maple tree in my backyard and Cardinal was one of them. Jake, an employee, came out and priced removal of the tree and stump grinding. In order to keep the price low, I agreed to dispose of the cut tree; they were to cut the tree in 18" lengths. On the day of removal, Jake showed up as promised, although he had no assistance. When he began experiencing trouble with the bucket truck, Jake left and said he'd return either that day or whenever the problem was remedied--perhaps, in a day or so. Later that same day, Jake returned with the bucket truck, the owner, and another helper. They quickly went to work and got the tree down. In watching them work, I was quite impressed with their skills. They didn't cut the tree into 18" sections as promised, but all in all, they did outstanding work. Amidst a bit of grumbling, I got the impression that Jake had underbid the job. Still they honored the quoted price. Later, I disposed of the majority of the downed tree on craigslist; people were eager to pick up maple for firewood. This is the second time I've used Cardinal Tree Service.

They did a good job. Very complete removal of the stump and remnants. Left the worksite clean.

While i was working outside one Sunday, I heard a tree crash to the ground behind my house, landing on my new fence and on my neighbor's property. I made sure it was safe and I called Cesar. He came to look at the situation on Monday, and brought the crew out on Thursday, cleaning up what had fallen and carefully taking down the remaining half of the tree. Cleanup was excellent. All work was meticulous. You can't tell any work took place. Perfect.

Both trees were near the house as well as power lines, so we were concerned that removal could be a challenge. The 4-member team started at about 8 AM and were finished by 2 PM. We had no problems whatsoever. Clean up was fine. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and would use this company again.

We believe they are good people. They are very punctual and they do a great job removing trees. We continue to use them because their service is so good.

The crew is meticulous in their attention to detail. Although it rained for 2 days prior to the work and during day 1 of the project, no damage to turf or nearby plant material occurred. As Cesar told me, "we do this every day, and we know what we are doing." I concur.

They took 4 large trees down. They were very courteous and extremely fast in their job. They did a thorough job and cleaned the place, after the job was done. They completed the entire job, including of cleanup within 5 hours. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Called them. They did it. We paid them.

Job was not finished even after I was talked into paying an additional $500 to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you get a very specific written bid stating exactly what work will be done, how many men, how long to do the work and exactly which trees will be removed. I would also recommend having a man do the negotiations with Cesar.

Called for an estimate, and schedule it for the very next day. No one showed up at the schedule time. After twenty-five minutes, I called the company to ask about it. The person said they could not remember setting up the appointment. I said that was fine because I wasn't interested in his services anymore.

I was very pleased with the timeliness, the price, and the cleanup. They did a great job and I would use them again if needed. In fact, I recommended them to a friend. She used them to cut down some trees and she was very pleased with them also as far as the timeliness, price, and cleanup

They are very prompt and clean up well. Their price is very reasonable. The owner comes out and works along with the crew.

Two years ago when they came out they did a great job but this time we were a little less happy. They were sloppy. They left a pile of wood chips so I can't tell how far down they grinded. When we asked them to trim some things it was done very sloppy.

They did a good job with both. They were prompt, thorough, good price, and cleaned up well when they were thru. We are very pleased.

Paul Cummins is the most responsive service provider we have ever dealt with. I called him -- he actually answered his phone (rare for most service providers) -- and came out the same day to provide a bid. We accepted on the spot and he came out that same week with his crew to perform the work. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves, and the new landscaping in our front yard is beautiful. Paul offered ideas and suggestions, and was a pleasure to work with. We were so impressed with his work that we called him back to prepare a bid for our mulching and bed prep....he came in with the most competitive (lowest) bid. We have already recommended him to friends and co-workers.

On time, right price and good work!

They had to climb the tree an cut small pieces and lower each piece to the ground. Very professional, courteous workers. Hand carried each piece around the house and loaded their chipper. Completely ground the stump out and hauled all of the debris away. Cleaned and raked the entire affected area and blew off the driveway. You can't tell they were ever here.

He came out and gave me a bid, which was pretty high. I had told him I'd also received another bid and he actually beat that bid. He did as he said they would do.

They were just terrific! They did such a good job cleaning up! They did the work very quickly, but thoroughly and at a good price.

They did a good job and I would have them back. It took them about a day and a half to cut up the 4 trees and take them away. There was about 6 of them on the crew.

We have property in an older neighborhood of Carmel. Behind the parking lot it was quite overgrown; weeds, tree branches hanging low, briar bushes around the carport. Terry's crew limbed up all the trees, got rid of the bushes that were overgrown, raked the entire area and removed all of the debris.Terry worked with me on determining a price within my budget while still accomplishing the goal.

The problem is they only ground the stumps out about 4 inches below the surface of the dirt. The stumps are huge and deep and the job was not done properly. I was not there at the time the stumps were supposed to be removed. I have not been able to get a call back and I am having to pay another company to complete the job. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

It was a big job. They were very good! He drove by and saw me taking pictures for insurance. He stopped and asked if I needed help removing it. He was able to get the job done right away. Four or 5 guys came. They did the job quickly and even cleaned up little twigs left around the yard. I was impressed that they were able to work with the power company who was working at the same time. Great service!

Took down 4 extra trees that were no the original estimate for no extra charge.
