Capshaw Restoration

Went terrible. We signed a contract with George (owner) and Lisa (owner). Contract had a deadline that he did not meet. After calling him to find out what was going on, we found out that supplies were never ordered. He finally ordered them and subcontracted another company to come out and start the roof. When they arrived on site we found out that he did not order enough shingles to cover the entire roof. This supply shortage was an ongoing thing. Not enough shingles, not enough nails, etc... Work had to stop serveral times so the sub contractor could run and get supplies that were needed to finish. Midway thru the sub contractor advised that the drip edge needed replaced. We pulled out our contract and showed them that it was on there. Of course the drip edge was not ordered. When we called George, who never showed up to the site "due to an injury", he advised that he ordered it and it must not have come in. We called the supplier he used and was told it was never ordered. Needless to say, the drip edge was never replaced. The work was finally completed no thanks to Capshaw Restoration. If it wasn't for GMF Home Improvements our roof would have never been completed. George is very unprofessional and we would not recommend him to anyone.
