They have very good customer service and the way they opperate is great. They fixed everything up perfectly. They do a great job. I had another landscaping company come in and charge us way too much but these guys are great.

I was charged $4791 for the job. I called him twice. He is supposed to come out and look at one of the plants that he installed. It didn?t make it through the winter. I initially called him in early spring and he told me that he would come right out to replace the plant. However, that didn?t happen. He didn?t follow through; it wasn?t professional. He had assured me that if the plants didn?t make it through, he would replace them. He still hasn?t done that. Also, I had told him in the spring that the mulch that he had put in brought in a weed, which was really invasive. It was very hard to get rid of. I had a friend, a master gardener, come and look at the mulch. She confirmed it. He told me that he didn?t have any such problem with the mulch before. He didn?t like that I had asked for a second opinion. He didn?t want to be responsible for the mulch. Again, he didn?t bother to come out to check on the problem; that really bothered me. I had planned on using him again during the summer, but now I think I will not use him. I don?t think he was professional. Maybe he is looking for big jobs. I was very pleased with his work before. I don?t think he has the commitment towards small homeowners anymore. His price was fair. The quality was very good until he didn?t follow up. He knew what he was doing most of the time, but I don?t think he is honorable.

We needed to fix an overall drainage problem with our yard, drive and patio and after speaking to numous contractors, Justin was the only one to propose a plan for an overall solution. The task was to remove an existing patio that had sunk and was not draining, plus he suggested to lower our gravel driveway and yard. We agreed and within a week after Justin started, all was removed and installed per our layouts. Overall, a great job by Justin and his crew, they were on-site when they said they would be, they asked us questions every morning before they started and were very considerate and understanding of our concerns. They only negitive, minor issue is a couple of days after Justin was fully completed, we noticed that some of the sealing sand used between the joints of the patio pavers was not fully cured and was coming loose, but after contacting him, he suggested that we handle this ourselves with the left over sand and described the procedure to do this. We would definitely recommend Justin and would hire him again if another need arises.

It took a little while to work it out. I didn't know what kind of brick I wanted. he came by once and gave me a sample brick. We finally git to a point where I said I would but the bricks. I did not want to use the bricks from his company. This is how flexible he was. There was nothing wrong with the brick they were going to use, it was just two big. We set a date. He came right out on time. He did the work and did it very well. I am very happy with it. This company did this job even though it was a smaller job. Some companies do not want to do this work.
