They did the tile fine but they did not clean out all the grout on the tile. They put a strange tile in the middle of the bathroom that doesn't match up with the rest of the tile. The young man that owns this company is Chris Jackson. I have called them, emailed, and sent a registered letter with no response. I would like him to come back to clean up the grout and replace the faulty tile.
Description of Work: I had hired him to put new tiles on my bathroom floor. Some tile around the toilet had buckled and he needed to replace a small area of flooring. In the process he had to remove the toilet and replace it. It's a small bathroom.

I do not agree with members assessment of project. First of all she picked out the floor tiles herself and I installed the ones she hand picked. There was no faulty tile, she decided three weeks later she did not like the shade of one tile and wanted me to replace it for no additional charge. She agreed to have her son who was also doing some work in the same bathroom wipe the tiles down 24 hours after job was completed when the tile cured. During the course of the work we had agreed on, she then changed the tile pattern and layout which was much more labor intensive and declined to pay for the extra work involved. Part of the extra work included removing vanity, sink and counter tops for $50 and then she insisted I haul it away for free and the cost for the disposal was $39 and I had to absorb that cost. There were a lot of extras included for no extra fee and I am unwilling to go back and do more additional work for free. I have been in business for 15 years and have never had a single complaint through Angie's List or better business bureau up until now.
