Great care was taken to prepare the surface well; the house was power washed and scraped and an excellent job of caulking was completed before applying 2 coats of paint with brushes and rollers (no spray painting was involved). The companies employees worked tirelessly and efficiently until the job was complete. They did a splendid job! We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone wishing house painting.

They did a great job and the price could not be beat. They were in at 8:00AM and out the door before 7:00PM.

I write this as someone who has dealt with numerous painters and other contractors over the past 35 years in our real estate business. Aside from listing and selling residential real estate we personally managed the rehabbing process of numerous distressed houses and condos over the years. We have seen many painters come and go over this 35-year history. However, recently we learned about C & Z Painting. How lucky for us! They recently did two jobs for us at two different locations. And they met all of our demands, working long hours to complete the job, done in a short time, due to our time constraints. Their team was professional, friendly, and very conscientious. They all treated each other and us with respect, and clearly took pride in the work they did. C & Z Painting ranks in my top 2%. They have certainly gained my recommendation to you for their professional skills and excellent customer service. I'm sure you'll be as pleased with the experience as we were. They arrived daily on time, cleaned up afterwared, and clearly communicated their progress. Beyond doing a fabulous job, the price was right. Many of our neighbors stopped by our house and asked for their business card as they were also impressed with the final product. If considering a painting contractor, C & Z should be your pick. ***They were able to do extensive wood repair and replacement on our house where most painting companies refused***

+ 0 moreC&Z Painting prepared the walls and ceiling of the garage prior to painting, and then primed and painted the ceiling and walls. They were very punctual, professional, and friendly. The garage looks absolutely amazing. The work they did was the best we've ever seen. They are very knowledgeable and professional in their work. Our daughter was so pleased with the great work they did that she plans on hiring them after the first of the year or so to paint her kitchen.
Description of Work: Painting of what we thought was a finished 2-car garage of our daughter's new home. When the painter came, he stated that he couldn't paint the ceiling or walls because they were not finished properly. We asked for an estimate of finishing the drywall, etc., of the garage. The owner, Fidel, came to give the estimate of preparing the walls and ceiling prior to being able to paint, and my husband Manny was very surprised at what Fidel pointed out to him. We had actually had a company drywall, etc., the ceiling and walls, but didn't realize the poor job they had done. Fidel even pointed out a piece of drywall that wasn't even screwed into anything. So he gave us an estimate to finish the drywall properly.

+ -1 moreThey did a superb job. They prepped the walls and filled in all the nail holes. They repaired (the best they could) where my dog had damaged the muntin (sp?) on the front door (the wooden piece that makes a grid on the glass). It wasn't a perfect repair job, but it's probably the best that could be done. Very conscientious and respectful. They covered everything and placed tape properly. Only a few boo-boos and I can get up with Goof-off. It was very tedious work. Old house. Oh, and the kitchen had 14-foot-high walls (painted white) and I had them paint a huge plant shelf black (which took four coats and very precise painting skills)
Description of Work: Painted my kitchen, including trim and inside of skylights. Then came back and painted the trim and doors in another part of the house.
