Tim is Certified and specializes in Chimney Liner and Chimney Sweep through CSIA (Chimney Saftey Institute of American - #7380). He is also a Master Gardener. C&A's Chimney Sweep and Lawn Maintenance Services is a sole-proprietor company. The company is insured. I am willing to travel as far as 30 minutes (without travel cost) away from my place of business.

Tim showed up on time and power washed the front of the house. I removed several bushes from in front of the house and they left a green tint on the brick behind. Tim powerwashed the house and also the front entry way, cleaning the limsetone caps to a clean color I don't remember EVER seeing. Great job!

Tim arrived on-time (a must!) and was careful to place tarps on the floor all the way from the front door to the chimney. He was very tidy, swept up a chimney that I hadn't had cleaned in two winters and it looks better than it looked when I first bought the house! Well done.
