+ 0 moreThe experience has been just fine overall. The technician was exceedingly conscientious. It wasn’t an easy job; the gutters are on the second floor, and he wouldn’t take a cent until he completely finished. I was impressed with him.

+ -1 moreThey were very aware that what they do is very messy. They laid tarps down all through the areas they would be working. They cleaned our chimney and interior of our fire place. They also serviced the flue and oiled it. He got the flue in working order, we had not been able to close it in years!!! They cleaned the glass doors and the screen on the insert. They cleaned everything up after themselves. I was very pleased with there work and the fact that it was such a messy job but they didn't get any of my home dirty really impressed me. I would gladly recommend them and use them again next year!

Description of Work: Tim and his sister came to my house to sweep out my chimney. They had a very organized and clean process. They put tarps down to keep everything clean while sweeping out the chimney. They were timely, worked efficiently and did a great job! I immediately recommended them to my brother, who used them as well. My brother was also happy with his chimney sweep.

+ -1 moreAgain, there were nice and professional but a feel like it was a total waste of $99.00 since they got less than a cup of dirt out of the chimney.
Description of Work: They were very nice and arrived on time. I have lived in the home for 25 years and never had the chimney cleaned. I told them that when they arrived and recommended an annual cleaning. As they started to clean the chimney, (with a giant pipe cleaner),They started by cleaning out the fireplace, then the chimney. I watched carefully and noticed that there was less than a cup of dirt/soot that was actually removed from the chimney. They then cleaned the glass doors. From start until finish was probably 45 minutes, with no mess. Again they were very nice and professional but I feel like a totally wasted $99.00. They said they were surprised how clean it was for never being cleaned.

Description of Work: My home was built in the 1980's and we purchased it about 13 years ago. We have not had the chimney cleaned and to our knowledge the previous owners had not either.
