They were on time. They came in (Tim and his sister I think) and set right to work. Stayed at it until they finished.

I bought the Big Deal and someone called me within a day to schedule the appointment. The arrival window we agreed on was 9?11 AM this morning and Tim called a few minutes before 10 AM to say they would be here in 5 minutes, which they were. The crew was courteous and professional. They put down dropcloths along the path from the door to the fireplace + one over the hearth. From what I saw?and I didn't watch them the whole time?they vacuumed the fireplace before and after cleaning the chimney and lubricated the sliding metal screen. Before they left Tim talked to me about the condition of my chimney (good), gave me tips on starting fires, and answered some of my questions. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service and so timely with the work. Will definitely call them again next year!

I hired this team as part of an Angie's List Deal. They worked efficiently and accomplished more than I expected. I had several small stumps removed and all the shrubs trimmed throughout my front and back yard. Everything was cleaned up well and bagged up for me to dispose of.

After coming out to see the work we needed done,Tim Anderson said he didn't normally do timber landscaping, just stone work. And his machinery wouldn't fit through our gate anyway. No service provided; money refunded by Angie's List.

This was an Angie's List special, so the price was very attractive. Made the purchase, scheduled the work. They came on time and performed the worked as a greed to. No issues.

Great! The scheduling was very easy, they also called before to ensure that this was a good time, the "foreman" came to our door and we went through step by step what we needed, he asked questions to make sure that everything was correct, they removed 2 trees we wanted out of there and did a complete mulch job of over 30 bags, discarded the old trees and bagged up clippings done on our bushes, and were completely done in the time we had scheduled for them.

Serviceman that was sent out was very polite and thorough, with helpful recommendations.

They were very easy to work with, from scheduling a date and time, to completely cleaning up when the work was complete.

C & A did a good job of cleaning our fireplace. They were running a bit late, but made sure to call me and tell me what time they would be there. When they arrived, they made sure to cover all of the floors with sheets so that they woudl not leave any dirt. They did a thorough job and finished in a timely manner. I would use them again.

All three of them got to work right away after I pointed out the areas to clean. They worked for 2 hours non-stop bagging weeds & cut-ting down dead shrubs & placing all the heavy bags by the curb for me. I will definitely use this company again next fall.

I purchased an Angie's List big deal for 6 hours of fall yard clean up. The company never contacted me to arrange to complete the work. This Big Deal came with a special Angie's List program "Rapid Response" that indicated the service provider would contact me within two business days to schedule the service. I received an email from Angie's List a few days later asking if I had heard from the company, and I replied that I had not. Angie's List indicated they would "reach out to this service provider" to have them contact me. The service provider never contacted me. Because it is now so late in the fall season to have this kind of work done, I just asked Angie's List for a refund back.

I was pleased with service and they did a good job.

I purchased a package deal from Angie's List from this contractor knowing that I had lots of yard work to do and no time to actually do it. Part of the deal stated that I would be contacted within 48 hours via Angie's List rapid connect feature. 48 hours turned into over a week and I was never called. I called Angie's List and was instructed to wait a bit longer, but decided to take it into my hands. I called Tim and left a message and received a very prompt reply to discuss services and to schedule a date. I sent a few emails back and forth with the office trying to find a time that would work for the both of us. The day of the scheduled workl Tim and crew showed up at the stated time and called prior to alert us of his arrival. He and the crew completed the work as asked and did a great job. We had a list of items to be accomplished within the 6 hour time frame with priorities assigned as to which we would like to have done first in the event it could not all be accomplished. At the completion of the work all refuse was bagged and placed neatly in a predetermined place to be taken out with our normal trash service. I was very pleased with the quality of the work overall and the variety of services offered. Once I personally called the company I received a prompt reply to schedule services. I would definitely use this service again.

I had hired them because of the "Deal." This group had me list my needs and we discussed them upon their arrival. My interest was firplace and getting a head-start/catch-up on the yardwork we were facing in a lovely but neglected home. I do not have details because I have been late in writing this report. I was in and out throughout their time at the house, we touched base over phone as well throughout the day. Mulching and some detail work on landscape that is close to house will next on my agenda with them.

I purchased a deal for a chimney sweep and inspection. Setting up the appointment was super easy. The company was very responsive. When they came, the people were very friendly, professional, and on time. This is probably standard, but I was really appreciative with how conscious they were with being clean. They laid a paper walkway from outside to the chimney so not to get anything on my carpet, which is light so I was very happy about it. My only thing was that it didn't seem like they did much of an inspection, but it might have been because my fireplace was pretty clean.

Fine. The flowerbeds looked good once they spread the mulch.

They were very nice. It was Tim Anderson and his sister, and I called them for more work after I used the coupon. I was pleased with them.

C&A did a wonderful job and Tim was very flexible about scheduling our appt. The team was very professional and it was a clean process. They were GREAT and I won't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Very personable and professional. Was running a little late, but called ahead to explain which was appreciated. Carefully placed drop cloths to keep house clean. Did a thorough job cleaning chimney and fireplace, even going so far as cleaning the glass in the fireplace door. Great experience.

Tim arrived at our home with punctuality, professionalism and politeness. He and his partner performed the job of cleaning our chimney and fireplace. He also did an inspection of the chimney. He gave me a couple of tips which I appreciated and will follow up on. I will use this service again in a couple of years.
