This contractor arrived during the time scheduled, even though we've had a lot of rain and storms this week. All the yard work that needed done was taken care of to my complete satisfaction.

Very well! Workers were very nice and did a great job. They'll be the first people I call if I ever need it again.

They were very professional and while my chimney was being cleaned, the guys removed all the debris and fallen sticks from the back yard. The blew away all the debris. I have never seen my back yard look so 'neat'. I was really pleased.

Cancelled and will now have to seek a refund through Angie's list. We need the work done this week. Surely this company (or Angie's List) knows that three weeks down the road, trees, weeds, etc. will be much worse than they are at the time of the purchase. Timelines should be stated in the information about the deal.

His prices are good, and he's very cooperative. He's easy to work with, and he does an excellent job.

Our services were supposed to be between 8am and 12pm! We got a call about 11:35 a.m. to let us know that he won't be there until 1:30! We've been received the call that he went to the address and no one was home. When I told him address he was that was my billing address and not the dress to the home that I gave them. He literally hung up the phone. I waited a minute for him to call me back, without a phone call I called him and asked him if he hung up on me? He said that wasn't true butt this whole situation has been very unprofessional and I will not be recommending them to any family call friend or friends.

They did an excellent job cleaning up my yard. There were quite a few weeds, which they pulled. They cleaned up the driveway by sweeping rocks back into the rock gardens that I have, along with giving advice on overall landscaping.

Arrived 20 minutes late with no status call or apology. On site request was to clean-up landscaping beds of weeds and grass and spray provided weed/grass killer, trim bushes and small decorative tree, and if time edge the landscaping beds. Boxwoods were trimmed well, Japanese yews and lilac bushes were trimmed minimally (not a smooth surface) and 5 holly bushes and small tree were not trimmed at all. Most weeds and grass were removed but the weed/grass killer was not applied at all. Edging was done manually with a shovel on only the front landscaping bed although one of the three workers was observed on more than one occasion just standing watching the other two work. Debris was left for homeowner disposal in bags loaded so heavy they were difficult to lift into the trash toter. Person in charge asked how I wanted to handle any additional expense involved in doing the work before assessing whether any additional time would be required.

Very courteous and prompt...called several times to let me know when he would arrive. Excellent service and value...will use again and will recommend to others.

They were very nice. The owner Tim came with another worker. I didn't get everything I wanted done but the work I had done was very tedious so it took longer. They were able to get things under control for me so I can finish up the little bit that is left.

I purchased and pre-paid for a lawn clean up coupon from this vendor for $99.00. Then, I noticed a $198 charge from Angieslist for two coupons, each for $99. When the vendor arrived to perform the work -- on time by the way-- he refused to honor the coupons, claiming I hadn't purchased them. He left without having done any of the work. Not only was I refused service, but I am out $198.00 Vendor claims this is Angieslist problem -- but actually it is MY problem because someone has $198 from me that needs to be returned.

Tim and his team did a wonderful job. Due to the bad weather and the demanding request from other customers, Tim did show up couple of hours late of appointment time . However, he is very kind, considerate and discussed all the work details with us. Tim's team worked very hard and the result is fantastic. Highly recommended!

They were great! They scheduled me the same week I called them. I had another landscaper flake out on me and they helped me out because I was having people over that weekend and wanted everything to look nice. They were timely and stayed until the job was finished. I have also used them for a Chimney sweep. I will use them again.

The service went fine. We did not pay more than the $225 Big Deal cost. The workers were good and responsive.

Three people came and did a great job. Very hard workers! By the time they left, everything I hoped to have done was done and very thoroughly. Will definately use them again and I would highly recommend them.

Bought the coupon last week. They were able to come today to clean. Tim called 20 minutes before arrival. It took us 40 minutes to get there. He waited for us and did not leave. He was very professional. Was able to do the cleaning in 45 minutes. We use the chimney about 6-7 times a year and only use Duraflame logs. So, it wasn't very dirty.

The gentleman arrived and informed us that we had to provide the mulch and was not very kind about it. We were not informed there was any option for refund or a credit to be applied to other service they might perform in the future. Therefore, we were simply OUT $199.00. Expensive lesson. However, I don't believe we will be utilizing this company for future services.

I first have to say that I truly appreciate this company's willingness to work with me. I had an appointment scheduled for January but had to reschedule due to a family emergency. Then I had to reschedule again due to a conflicting appointment. They were so nice and easy to work with. That being said, we finally got together today and I couldn't be more pleased. I have lived in my house for 7 years and have not used my fireplace. Every year I say, "This is the year!" and this year it was finally the year. Tim Anderson, the owner himself, came out and he was respectful (laid down tarps, asked before moving futniture) and thorough. He cleaned the chimney and carefully vacuumed everything up. He did a careful inspection and assured me that everything was in excellent shape. He even greased the chains on the metal screen to make sure that they glide easily! I can't say enough about how thrilled I am to finally use my fireplace!

Was a bit late, but he did call to let me know that he and his employee would be late. Very friendly and personable. His employee was very careful to roll out tarps so nothing got dirty while cleaning. I bought the Angie's big deal, so the rate was very reasonable. He talked about safety and best wood types to use to keep chimney clean. I appreciated the info. Will definitely call these guys again next time I need a cleaning.
