Team of 3 (seemed to be family members). They worked steadily and did not question what I wanted done. They were not knowledgeable horticulturists, and could not give expert advice or commentary; they depended on me to know what was best to do, and I had been hoping for a little guidance. Also, removing the shrubs in many cases did not include digging up the roots, just chopping the branches down, near to the ground. This was perhaps my own misunderstanding of what a 'removal' would entail. But in all, they worked hard and I did not regret paying the sum for the labor performed.

Other than a delay in scheduling they did a great job and were very clean and efficient. Very friendly.

When they came out they did fine work. They cleaned up my flower garden for the fall.

We had a great experience with Tim. I found him unexpectedly when I started to purchase another chimney sweep?s deal of the day. The advertised company had questionable reviews for not arranging appointments and not showing up on time or at all. I interrupt my work-day to schedule home appointments, so there is no way I could deal with that. Tim had excellent reviews and a special for the same price as the other company. As soon as I purchased Tim?s deal at the storefront, someone called me to set up an appointment. Tim called ½ in advance, per my request, and arrived promptly. He first inspected the basement fireplace, at no cost, and made sure it was sound and the flue was closed etc. He then moved to the upstairs fireplaces and thoroughly swept and cleaned them, including the doors and screens. Even though the fireplaces are a pass through and have two dampers, he only charged for one cleaning since they have a shared flue. He inspected the fireplaces, gave me advice on upkeep and asked if I had any questions, including if I needed some tips on building a fire! Just a really helpful provider and pleasant to boot.

Service was great. Would recommend to others. Also plan to get an estimate for lawn care in the spring.

The peace of mind was worth it. Great job, kept the room clean, and we finally got to use our fireplace after 3 years of living in the house.

Tim called shortly before he was due to arrive to notify me he would be there in about 5 minutes. Upon arriving he and his sister placed drop clothes on the floor and around the fireplace. They cleaned the flume and fire box and inspected the mortar. He informed me that I had a very well built fireplace in excellent shape for 23 years old. They were both very friendly and did not try to sell or push other products or repairs. Before leaving they cleaned up and besides the clean glass on the fireplace door you would not have known that they had been here. I will definitely use them again. Mike C

I originally contracted this provider of service in order to have the leaves removed, the flower beds cleaned up and bushes trimmed back for the Fall/Winter. They immediately called me back to let me know that they did NOT do leaf removal as they did not have the proper equipment. They gave me the option to cancel the service and offered a refund. I proceeded with the service as I needed to have the other services completed. They did a good job of removing the debris from all of the flower beds and around the trees as well as trim all the bushes. My only issue was that they did NOT haul away the bagged (4 large contractor bags) debris. I don't remember reading this so it caught me off guard to pull into my driveway and see trash bags. They were very heavy for me to lift. Overall the job was very well done. Thanks!

The workers were extremely friendly and did their job quickly but thoroughly. As a new home owner, I had a lot of questions for the owner and he kindly answered all of them. They even cleaned the glass on the chimney front. I would definitely recommend this company.

They worked for about 3 hours and were able to weed and restore all beds around the home. The yard looked great when they left.

They arrived promptly and did what we requested. There were 3 men and they worked for 2 hours. They weeded our perennial garden and spread mulch in the garden and around the deck in the back. They did a good job and everything looked very professional.

Company was prompt in following-up to schedule after I had purchased the cleaning and inspection through an Angie's List deal. Arrived on time and were careful to lay down sheets to ensure no soot was tracked through the house. They cleaned the fireplace and chimney and also cleaned the fireplace glass screen doors. They were really great about answering my questions about the fireplace (we recently purchased the home and have never used a fireplace). Overall really good experience and will use again in the future.

The service of this company was good. They laid down covering over our floor so as not to track ash or dirt in the house, and were very friendly and professional. Our chimney was cleaned to our satisfaction. We were charged a small additional fee because of having a brick fireplace, but it was worth the cost. We were very happy with this contractor. Tim did a great job and was extremely professional and courteous.

After a week waiting for them to contact me, I asked Angies List to intercede. It took them 3 attempts, but they finally got through. I must say, when they did the work, it was definitely worth it. I was so relieved they followed my instructions so precisely, I am more than willing to overlook the delay getting ahold of them. THAT'S how good they were. This is the highest praise I can give them; they paid attention to detail like a woman, and ripped weeds out like a man. Bravo!

Great. Their schedule fills up fast so I had to wait a couple weeks. I just know to schedule earlier next year.

I scheduled with Tim Anderson (owner) for a date in November. He was very busy and ran behind the day we decided on, but kept us informed by notifying us on our phone. We elected to reschedule the service because it got to be too late. We rescheduled one week later than originally agreed upon date. It was worth the wait. Tim was very courteous and professional. When he arrived, he was thorough, clean, and was attentive to our questions and needs. He took extra time to discuss our chimney status and went over basic care, and helpful watch-outs. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We set the appointment at 8am, and the owner and his staff arrived 15 mins early. He was professional in his work. Originally, I thought the sweep will be messy, but to my surprise the worker made sure all the surrounding area of the chimney was properly covered. The sweep went very smooth. As this is my first experience in home ownership, the person took his time to explain to me the proper way to operate the fireplace. Things that I should watch out for and also what type of woods I should use. It was a very good experience with this company. We will use them again.

When I purchased the service, no contact was made within the timeframe stated. Angie's List had to contact the company to email me. On the day of the service I called to ask for an estimate of when they would arrive. It was over an hour before they responded. When they were finished, they stated there was a $30.00 extra charge. I did not see the charge listed at the time I paid for the service. It would have been nice for them to confirm I knew that when they emailed me when they set up the appointment or when they arrived instead of when they were walking out the door. I did not get a receipt for the extra $30.00 which I thought I should have.
