Excellent, quality service! Very thorough without any mess.

Tim and his wife are exactly what I was looking for. I am having a party in 3 days and the landscaping looked horrible prior to Tim and Crew coming out. This company is a husband wife combo and the communication between the two is great. I needed the service to be expedited and within 3 hours of my initial contact the crew was out at my place working efficiently as possible. TIm said if anything was not right he wanted to know about it immediately so he could take care of it before he left. I highly recommend hiring this company.

They did a great job. I had not had my chimney cleaned out in a long time, he came out, and he was extremely knowledgeable and told me how he does it compared to how other people do it. He did a fantastic job and did not make a mess at all in the house. He told me that my chimney was exceptionally clean, which is always nice to hear. I had only had the chimney done once before, because I had never had a wood fireplace before. I was able to compare him to the other guy and I liked this guy better. He is a really nice guy. I called him the day that I bought it and of course he had sold a lot of those and he was out within a couple of weeks of that. I wanted to get it done before I started burning a lot of wood. He came in did his thing, gave me his card and said if you ever need anything give me a call and then left. There were no additional cost. I thought that we was very creditable in terms of what he said and explaining why he does what he does and how he does it. I know that he did it differently than the last guy I had out to do it. Which is something that I value. He was really fast and I was really impressed with his work as well. If I had not sold that house, I would have called him back. I do not have a fireplace that burns wood anymore, but if I did, I would use him again.

The deal was $199 for 6 hours of Master Gardening (please note the description ... Master Gardening). We paid for this service in May 2012 but the company was unable to get us on the schedule for a time that we would be home and was unwiling to refund the service. So we agreed to try and be reasonable and did not ask for any refund or discount at all and allowed them to provide the service to us next year for 2013. When they came out to do the service they brought out 3 people of whom one was a young man who was very unmotivated (ie 75% asleep) and not knowledgable about gardening much at all (I purchased the deal because it was for Master Gardening which appealed to me to get 6 hours with someone who really understood plants and instead we received a simple 3 man yard maintence crew). The team of 3 in 2 hours did work that my family is confident could be accomplished by one hard working person in 3 hours. We felt like we were a left over from last year that they just wanted to be done with and move on and only received a marginal effort at best to accomplish getting us off their list. The work by the young man in the team was definitely not 2 hours of work. If the ad had been for General Yard Maintenance ... my rating would be much higher. But since they advertised Master Gardening in their ad ... they utterly failed to deliver the level of knowledge, service and overall work accomplished that those words implied. Would not use their services again and would definitely tell my friends to not use them as well.

It was a good expirence. The team of 3 were professional and personable. They were prompt and stayed on task. calling them back to do more work.

I'm very pleased. The crew arrived on schedule, went right to work. They were efficient and thorough. My yard looks great!

It went really well. They kept everything very straight forward, gave good advice on tactics to keep sweep clean, and did it quickly and were very clean.

He came and did a good job. I would recommend him to family and friends.

It was just fine. I really had no issued with them whatsoever. I needed my chimney swept so I called them up, they came out probably within a week and took care of it. Everything was as expected. Honestly, I don't really have much of a basis to compare them on but price seems really low to me.

The chimney sweep guy from C&A's Chimney Sweep And Lawn Maintenance Services was great. I would give him all "A's" down the line. There were no additional charges. Everything went well. He was a very good service provider. That's the first time I ever had it done. I would recommend him and his crew. He explained every step. He was very good.

It went great, the tenants at the home were very happy with the service and I was happy with the scheduling and professionalism.

My husband was the one at home rather than myself at the time of service, but he said the technician was punctual and very friendly. My husband learned a lot about our firplace and how to keep creosote from forming. The chimney was not very dirty, but the technician was thorough in his inspection and cleaning. It was nice to have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your family is safe. We highly recommend their service.

Scheduling the service was tough. They had an opening on a specific day and a timeframe which I accepted. The day of, they kept me informed of their timing, but they were finally in place several hours past their initial timeframe. It interfered with the timing of my day which impacted my availability to give the direction on what I wanted done. The gentleman was very nice and willing to discuss what I expected. Ultimately, I do not feel the price I paid was equal to the amount of work they ended up doing, but I am sure if the timing had worked better I would feel satisfied.

They did a pretty good job.They got the work knocked out and did not leave a mess behind. They took about two hours to complete the work. My wife was there during the time of service. We have no complaints with the service. He noticed I did not have a chimney cap. He asked and I told him to install it. He ordered it and later returned to install the chimney cap. He sent me a bill through email. I could not print it out. We went back and forth and I eventually sent a him a check. I wish I had a bill for my records.

Four men arrived at my house a little after the scheduled time and proceeded to give me an hours worth of work. The majority of the work I requested was done in that time. The yard was left looking as neatly as I wanted it to look. The debris was bagged after the job was completed..

He was prompt and I assumed he did his job. He was here for a long time and I thought that he was priced fair. He arrived when he said he would and came within two weeks of me purchasing the deal. He did not attempt to upsell me. It was just my chimney needed cleaning desperately. He was here a good amount of time because I have two fireplaces on a single flue, but we haven't used it since. We had a new roof done, so I knew that there was nothing that needed to be done up top because they repaired any problems with the chimney and he didn't make any suggestions for any other type of repair. He came the day my mother-in-law was sick and I was here for a period of that time, but my assistant was here most of the day. I came in just as he was leaving to write the check and he gave me the highlights. He explained to me what he had done and he looked pretty dirty, so I'm thinking he did his job. It was a Big Deal, so I thought the pricing was very reasonable. My assistant sets the appointment and I read the reviews and do all the research. If I have to go take care of my elderly mother-in-law, which is frequently, someone needs to be in the house with the contractors. She met him and set it up for a date. He worked out with our schedule and she was here. She didn't mention that he was late and there was no mention of any problems.

The only reason I'm knocking Tim & his crew down to a B is due to scheduling and timeliness. I bought a Big Deal in April for 3 man hrs of lanscaping cleanup and was initially scheduled to have Tim and his crew out in mid May, but due to a wet Spring we had to move the date a couple times and the crew didn't make it out till mid June (almost 2 months after). I was given a time frame for the date they were actually coming over, but never got a confirmation call or email in the days leading up to the appointment and when the crew was running about 45 late, they still did not call with an update. With the delays and timeliness issues described above, I was a little dubious about the work that Tim and his crew would do, but I was completely off base there. They were very professional and honored another 3 hour block at the deal price since it appeared I had more work for them than they could complete in the time allotted. Tim was very patient in listening to my direction and giving me feedback on services they could complete and in the end, I am more than pleased with their work and professionalism. It took a team of 4 guys 90 mins to pull up 2 dead trees, break them down so they could be bagged, trim tons of low hanging limbs and branches, cut down and bagged large sections of ornamental grass and helped clear some large weeds. I would definitely use Tim and his crew again, but be flexible on scheduling because the crew is very busy.

Prompt, courteous, and quality. Would use again.

They arrrived at 10:45 AM with 4 people. nd as soon as they got out of the van, they started pulling weeds, while Tim and I were going over the tasks to complete. The Bushes and unwanted tree were priority, and the cleaning around two other trees were secondary. two commenced task 1, while two started on task 2 and were shifted when Task 1 had enough limbs to remove. They did not waste any time. Always were very prodcutive.Never standing around.

The service was great. They were honest, and they did not try to up-sell me on anything. If work was unnecessary, they would tell me. They showed up on time, and they honored the coupon. I would recommend them.

The work turned out fine. They were very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty and did a good job.

They did a great job on all the bushes. I've received several compliments from the neighbors. I was grateful they helped me search for the poison ivy so I could get rid of it. They also made suggestions regarding other trimming of trees that could be done to make my yard look nicer.

Great. They worked very quickly and everything looks wonderful. They are returning to do more work for me. I intend to keep this company for yearly landscaping.

Would I use them again? Probably not, I'll probably find somebody else.
