C & A's Chimney Sweep & Lawn Maintenance Services

Owner called and asked to come 1 hr. earlier which was fine with me. When they showed up he was courteous and professional. He had 3 men with him, although he did most of the weeding and edging himself. His helpers mostly jus spread mulch that I provided. I had to buy an extra hour for 3 men inorder to complete job. I was satisfied with the job. But i think this could have been completed in less time or with more experienced workers other than the owner.

He was clean and orderly and up front about necessary items that should be done vs. unnecessary items

Tim is very professional.....was late for the appointment but called twice to give a status and update. Couldn't be happier with the job he and Jose did. Would recommned HIGHLY!!

It was fine. I will use them in the future. They cleaned up after themselves. They don't haul the large leftovers, so we ended up just packing them in bags and put it out for pick-up. Actually I already used their services this spring as well.

Very well -Tim Anderson, the owner, and his crew of (4) arrived on time and promptly completed what I told Tim I wanted them to do. The team trimmed and cleaned up all of the limbs, branches, etc. in 45 minutes. I was quite pleased with their work, politeness, etc. I will contact them for additional lawn maintenance in the future.

Tim and Jose arrived on time and devoted 1-1/2 hours to general trimming, pulling weeks, trimming trees. They bagged up all the trimmings and waste into large bags and placed them neatly beside our garage door. We were very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again in the future.

It was an excellent job. Couldn't ask for better service. Tim and Jose were great. Spent an hour and a half labor and our yard looked completely cleaned up.

Excellent work--very professional group!

When I scheduled I was given a three hour window for the team to arrive ... and after the third hour of waiting passed on the scheduled day he called and said they would be there within hour. I had about 11 cement blocks i wanted sunk level to ground. I said it alright to add dirt around a few of them so that they did not have to dig down, just fill in around the cement blocks which were already placed on walkway. They then spread two large piles of dirt and graded it throughout the area I requested. I checked on them a few times and it appeared not all three were working at the same time ... like maybe they didn't have enough tools for all three?? It was very laborious work and it would have taken me the whole summer to move that dirt so in that regard I was satisfied. The grading was not the best, I had to go out later and grade it a little more. I felt for the money (I added that second hour because they were not done) it was expensive, even with the special deal. I had a few other items on my list of things I wanted done but my two hours was up. In the long run I was glad to see the dirt piles gone. At $33 an hour for each man hour, it was good money for them, but not really a good deal for me. It appears from their name (Chimney Sweepers) that landscaping was not their forte` and he mentioned he had just recently taken some kind of landscaping course. They were however, very nice and pleasant men, professional and courteous.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. He was just really trying to do the best he could.

The service was really good. They did it last summer. They came out. He did some extra work, and it was really reasonable. They showed up on-time. They came out right away. We spent like an extra $100 aside from the $179 big deal for their services because we asked them to do some additional stuff for some additional time and it was not because they tried to up-sell us. They were good on being on-time. They were quick even thought they had a big deal, and I am sure they had a lot of people buy it. They did it pretty quickly. The additional stuffs that he did, he kind of gave us the big deal price. I guess it was an extra hour kind of thing. He gave us that same price on the additional stuff that we did. He was really nice.

Cheerful and professional with good workmen. Did more than specified to satisfy terms of Big Deal. A bonus was that he taught me how to start my balky tiller.

Tim and his crew are excellent. Knowledgeable in how to arrange to make your property look very nice.

Tim and Jose' trimmed 3 very large shrubs and 3 trees. Tim re-trimmed a shrub that had been trimmed by another company, too. They are efficient. They did a meticulous job cleaning up when they were finished. I plan to hire them again.

He was great. He was funded right away, very clean and fabulous.

Tim Anderson and his folks at C & A always do a meticulous job. They ask for specific directions and check in with you to clarify if they have any questions about how to proceed to avoid any misunderstandings. They work from the moment they arrive until the job is done, and their work is always thorough.

Again, Angies List had too many folks for this Big Deal for the provider to handle in a timely manner. However, he and his helper did an excellent job and we would definitely use his services again!
