C & A's Chimney Sweep & Lawn Maintenance Services

Much better than anticipated. All of the men worked very hard. They exceeded my expectations as we are preparing our home for sale. Scheduling was a little difficult due to our schedule. Would use this group anytime.

First, I had some difficulty in scheduling their services. The company and I played phone tag several times, which got to be annoying. They need a better method for receiving phone messages and returning phone calls. They arrived on time and cleaned and inspected the chimney. They did do a nice job.

They did a great job for the deal and chimney sweep. He was a little late, but he did let me know!

They were great. We did spend more than what the deal was for because we have a certain type of chimney and he took care of some extra stuff. There was something wrong with the chimney shelves and he had to clean them. We were happy with them. They did everything they were supposed to do. We didn't have any complaints. The chimney sweep turned out good. We would call them back to do it again.

There was a small mix up in when they were suppose to arrive. Other than that, it went well. They were professional, and clean. They also went to extra mile and made a small repair at no charge. Would use them again.

The service turned out okay. It costs me about $500 cause I purchased mulch and had the mulch bed as well.

Three men showed up cut bushes and cleaned up debrie.

I got exactly what I wanted - help dealing with some badly overgrown stands of grasses and shrubs as well as just generally spiffying up my backyard/garden. The guys were professional, cheerful, did a great job and even came back the following Monday to finish what I wanted done as they ran out of time initially. Trash/debris was bagged neatly and placed where I asked. I would definitely have them back again.

They contacted me by email to set up the appointment and asked for specifics of what I wanted done. I had to leave before they arrived they called to verify that they should go ahead without me present. There wer four large trash bags of yard waste. I was surprised that they were not removed but I guess that was not part of the service. Very good jog overall. I would definitely recommend / use them again.

On July 3rd, I took advantage of an offer of 3 hours of landscaping for $99. . After several emails and phone calls, we finally set a date of August 15th. Well, they have not shown up or called or returned my phone call. At this point all I want is my money back.

These guys did a great job. The beds look so much better. They even bundled and neatly stacked the yard waste for us.

Tim took special care of my elderly father's yard - doing things my father can no longer do. He took the time to get to know my father, worked quickly and thoroughly. Hired through a Deal of the Day but have set up for multiple visits for maintenance. Hard workers!

First off, I was very glad that I purchased this as an Angie's List Big Deal -- though I bought it last year. When I got busy last summer and forgot to schedule the work, I called Tim in late November and told him I needed to use my Big Deal before it expired in December. Instead of just agreeing, he kindly offered to honor the deal this spring/summer (2013) so I wouldn't lose any of the offer's value but could instead use it whenever I wished. That's great service! I was able to schedule some landscaping work fairly quickly after contacting C&A's -- I think it was about a week or so after my initial inquiry. They promised to send out a crew of 3 for two hours (the original terms of the deal). Actually, Tim and his (smaller) crew were about 20 minutes later than promised -- but to compensate for that, the crew actually worked longer than the allotted time, so I definitely got even a little MORE value from this deal than I normally would have. Tim and his crew did a great job :"fixing" about a year's worth of landscaping negligence on my part! I fully expected to pay a little extra to have C&A haul off all the yard waste, but Tim offered to bag it all up for the trashman to haul off -- to help me save a few bucks! Again, that's what I consider GREAT SERVICE! I still have a few landscaping challenges to tackle, and I will definitely be contacting C&A to help me out again. I recommend them, without reservation, if you're looking for some dependable work from a service provider who puts YOUR interests first. Thanks, C&A!

They did a nice job cleaning up the debris.

They came on the day and at the time agreed on. There were four of them and they worked for a few minutes over an hour. I had paid for three hours so I got a real deal. The owner of the company was one of the four and he was professional, polite, and knew exactly how to accomplish what I described. If I were in a position to do this, I would give up working at all in my flower beds (after planting, of course), and just hire them to come a couple of times a month and do exactly what they did while they were here. We have a area around our air conditioning unit that is fenced and nobody has tended to that area in years, I don't think. The owner came and offered for his men to cut down the weeds and put all the clippings in the trash which certainly had not been part of the original agreement. Anyone who has this kind of work to be done should consider this company. They are prompt, professional and good at what they do.

They were on time, professional, did what needed to be done.

They seemed to be lacking in good education, but trimmed as we asked them to trim. They seemed reluctant to trim much off fearing damage to the bush, I have had them trimmed more with no issues.

That turned out fine. I will probably use them in the spring to cut back my grasses and stuff.

The owner and his crew did an outstanding job! My yard had become quite overgrown and now it looks fabulous!

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and the service was good. The deal was for $99 but I added another hour to the service, and so I had additional charges. They were just really professional. They worked at a fast pace so they could get the most work done in my allotted time. I would recommend them to my family members and friends.

They were in and out very quick. They were very nice and clean. We got what we paid for.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were good.
