They were thorough and professional. Very clean and careful to not get soot/dirt through rest of house. Explained everything they were doing and the importance of each step. Discussed plan for maintaining and suggested timelines for future servicing. Appreciated their openness, candidness, and honesty in helping us understand what was really necessary vs. optional. Will definitely have back when time to clean/check fireplace again!!

C&A cleared out two difficult beds filled with poison ivy. Both beds look much better as the weeds and dead plants were pulled.

I needed shurbs trimmed and other garden bed clean up. They did a great job and I am going to use them next spring. The owner is very nice.

They were very professional the entire time and were flexible to fit into our schedules. They made sure everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a chimney cleaning service.

Initial contact went well. Needed to change the ate and that went well. Did a beautiful job edging and planting, spreading mulch. Only problem that arose - they left the bags of grass that resulted in the edging. Approximately 25 heavy trash bags of grass/dirt. Called immediately and was informed that was not part of the service. They do not haul the debris away. I honestly would have never hired them had I known that- Much too heavy for the trash man and we have a 10 bag limit!! Got a call back and they offered to do it for additional money. At that point I was a bit disappointed as that seemed like a key part of finishing the job. The work done was as I had requested- I think I would ask more questions in the future.

It turned out great. They did great work. I had to buy mulch and that kind of stuff. They were well priced. They were very nice and they explained everything that they were going to do.

Tim and his team did a wonderful job. They were quick and efficient. The yard looks terrific! We have used Tim in the past, and will continue to use him in the future!

We had been away from our home practically all summer and the weeds took over all of our flower beds. C & A showed up on time. I spent maybe 5 minutes explaining what I wanted done and they went to work right away. They bagged up all of the weeds and trash that they pulled. They seemed to be organized with how they divided duties and there wasn't any time wasting chit chat. Our flower beds surround our large two story home and we have another rather large flower (cutting) garden. This job would have taken me and my 3 sons all day to have done and I would have been too tired and too sore to do anything the next day. This was $200 very well spent. I will absolutely use them again so that I can spend more time with my family.

I called them near the end of this promotion because I'd heard from a friend that they had done work for her and she had been very pleased. They were a little overwhelmed at the response to their Groupon ($99 for 3 man hours) and Sherry was honest and upfront with me that it would be a bit before they would be able to schedule our visit. I was in no hurry so that was fine with me, but when I hadn't heard from them in what I thought was a reasonable amount of time I called and left a message to see if I'd fallen through the cracks. Sherry called me back very quickly, apologized appropriately and we scheduled a time. This time I had to call back because my son had been in an accident and I was unavailable to have the work done as scheduled. Their response was kind and they were very willing to reschedule, which we did. They were to arrive here this morning between 10a and noon. At 11:30a I got a call saying they were about half an hour away. The three of them arrived in about 45 minutes, which technically makes them 15 minutes late, but I had no problem with that. We had a conversation about what I wanted done and they began to work. They did exactly what I'd asked them to do, were quiet and respectful, and the only thing they left behind was a pristine area where now I can set up my fountain and plant my perennials. I would be pleased to have them return to do additional tasks, and will recommend them with confidence.

My experience turned out great, but started a bit rocky. We had a Thursday appointment and did not receive a call or heads up that they would not be able to make it. In all fairness, they apologized, rescheduled and gave me a better deal for the hassle.

The service was prompt and professional. I would definitely use again.

2 people showed up to do the job. Both were professional and personable. They set about cleaning the inside of the chimney and were careful of the inside of the house. Did a good job and left everything as clean as they found it.When they weny outside to inspect the chimney itself, they even picked up the yard a bit for me and moved a heavy branch that had fallen during a storm. They just saw it and moved it. I didn't even ask them to. That is great customer service, not to mention just being a nice human being. They are my chimney people from now on.

They arrived exactly on time and got the project finished in short order. They also weeded and sprayed an adjoining area. They did this without being told to. I was very appreciative of this extra effort. It made things look so much neater. The work they did for the price paid was amazing. When they left the flower beds looked wonderful. I would certainly use them again and give them the highest recommendations. I couldn't have been more pleased!

Tim, the owner, is very nice and does a very good job. Scheduling was done in a timely manner. Tim and his employee arrived on time, and were thorough. I would highly recommend.

Tim has worked hard with lots of patience. We were impressed with his cleaning job. No drop of soot nor ashes on our floor. He was being careful to make sure there's no trail of ashes and soot on the floor all the way from the fireplace to the front door.

Very well. Provider arrived on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up well. I would use them again.

They asked me for an email address and then they would get back to me on Angie’s List. It was inconvenient to be using two forms of communication instead of just one, but they did explain the Big Deal and that there might be additional costs to me via email. The communication could be more efficient. They are coming Monday.

They were very punctional and polite. Did all I asked and cleaned up all the mess.

The crew did a great job! They had done my front yard on 8/10/13. I am no longer embarrassed to have people pass my yard. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
