C & A's Chimney Sweep & Lawn Maintenance Services

C&A came at the appointed time. They had four men who removed shrubs, flowers and dead stumps from the front yard. They also trimmed tree limbs that hung over the sidewalk. I will use them in the spring to plant shrubs and roses. They are very neat and clean up the debris. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent! These guys are hard workers and they did a wonderful job. Tim spent a good deal of time with reviewing what work was to be done now and what could be done in the coming months. It was a pleasure to do business with someone who loves plants and gardening :-)

They came on time and did a good job. Tim alongwith three other people came and did the job as expected. They were polite and did the job well.

Arrived on time and went right to work. The deck proved to be challenging as it is located on the north side of my home and attracts that awful green mold. Plus, it had been several years since I had had it cleaned. But C&A made it look new again. They performed extra services and spent extra time making sure I was happy. The entire house looks beautiful again. I will definitely have them back for future projects.

Steve arrived on time (a few minutes early!) and he and his assistant quickly got started. They covered all the carpet from the fireplace to the front door with dropcloths. They swept the chimney. After they were done, Steve cleaned the glass and lubed the wire curtain for me. They were done and cleaned up in less than an hour. When they left, there was no trace that they were even in my home. There was no mess!

Couldn't ask for a better experience!! Came on time, hard workers, pleasant, efficient, got the job done!!

They were great. They were prompt and called ahead. Four men came. One was a supervisor and the remaining three worked for an hour. They trimmed everything I asked to be done. They raked and bagged all the trimmings, and blew the sidewalks and driveway afterwards. I knew in advance I would dispose of the bags. I would definately use them again.

I was amazed how quickly they got the job done. I did not think they would be able to get everything done, but they did and more! I plan to have them back for final fall clean out. They were knowledgable about the plants and did not flinch when they found the poison ivy I was not aware was under a tree. A great buy!

The deal was not clear. It said I would get six hours of gardening. I got 2 people working 3 hours each. They were not working at very fast pace.

He was very personable, clean and tidy. I recommended him to a friend.

There were two people who worked for approx. 3 hours. It was an Angie's Big Deal and they gave me the extra time at the same price. I knew ahead of time that they do not take away the yard waste, but that is the reason I won't use them again.

Excellent! They called before they arrived, and arrived within the window they had given me with the appointment. They quickly understood what I wanted and went right to work and stayed with it completing the job in less time than I thought it would take. Tim gave me some good ideas on other improvements we could work on in the yard in the future, and took care of a couple of stray weeds/trees for me. I will definitely have them back for other landscaping projects.

Everything was great! Easy to schedule time and they showed up at the time they said they would! Didn't leave a mess either- bonus!

They did an excellent job, arrived on time and got to work. I was very satisfied with their work.

It went great since we didn't have to spread the mulch, however I would have wanted the mulch around the house (not the trees) a bit deeper. there was plenty of mulch left to do that. They picked up yard waste we had not intended for them to do. Thankful for that. Originally, we had discussed chipping and bagging some branches, but once they got there, were told they did not have a chipper. So, no chipping. Overall very professional and pleasant. We will be using them again in the future.

I bought a Big Deal initially because I didn't know how much time it would take for the major cleanup my landscaping needed and I thought I might not have the budget to do it all at once. Tim brought someone with him so that there was a two man crew working together. They got a tremendous amount of work done in the first hour and a half as part of the big deal. I was so impressed that I welcomed them to stay the rest of the afternoon and get as much done as they could paying for those additional hours. They worked very hard and were very meticulous cleaning up. They ended up with approximately 40 large bags of debris that they bundled and carried to my curb. I'm amazed that these guys got so much done in one day. Tim brought me outside several times to ensure things were going as I wanted and to explain to me why certain things needed to be done. He also gave me a plan of some maintenance things that we can do moving forward so it doesn't get to this point again. For someone like me that knows very little about landscaping but loves owning a home with a beautiful yard, this was extremely helpful. I feel assured that I've got someone I can count on and plan to move forward with him coming quarterly for maintenance. I would highly recommend Tim and his crew. They worked very hard and treated me more than fairly with the price. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable guy and I felt very comfortable with them at my home. I will definitely use their services again.

Had a little trouble scheduling a date for the work, nothing major though. The owner, Tim Anderson, and two employees arrived at 11:30 Monday Sept. 23rd, after necessary instructions, they removed flowers and weeds,covered ground with weed preventive cloth, and spread fifty bags of stone. The work was completed within an hour and I was very happy with the results.

They stayed until the job was finished, even though it went over the allotted time for the job.

They did their job proficiently, and were extremely neat.

Unfortunately we had a miscommunication and the work was done while I was on vacation. He did a great job but we had not talked before the work was done. Thank goodness it was exactly what I wanted done!

The flower beds looked wonderful when they were done. The bushes that they trimmed looked great too. I am going to have them come back in late Fall, In the Spring and Summer and get on a regular schedule with them. Everything looked so nice when they were done!

The young man that transplanted the bush did a good job of getting a decent root ball and replanting at the correct depth. For the lawn edging,the ground was so hard that after 30 minutes I offered to wet the ground if they could come back. They came back the next day after their other jobs. They were flexible and worked hard but said they rarely do lawn edging any more. I would hire them again to do other lawn work
