+ -1 moreTim and his assistant were very professional. I was surprised at how fast he was able to schedule the service, given it was an Angie's List deal (figured it would take awhile). I was very pleased with the service and Tim's communication. Very nice gentleman. I plan to get a quote from Tim, for some mulch, in the spring. Very pleased!
Description of Work: Purchased Angie's List deal for Chimney cleaning, as had never been done on 15 year old gas fireplace/chimney.

+ -1 moreAgreement for suitable day and time was made and call received prior to arrival. Tarps placed on floor to protect carpeting. Chimney cleaned, inspected and job was completed in one hour. Only suggestion would be for C&A to use "booties" for their shoes as cleaning chimney's is a dirty job.

+ 0 moreMy favorite company is C&A’s Chimney Sweep & Lawn Maintenance Services. They were very punctual on that Monday. It was $225 for 6 hours, a little lower than what everybody charged. I am calling him back. He told me if I called him back and let him do the whole yard, instead of me splitting it up between three different ones, that I would get a better deal. Him & the young man that was with him, o my, I had never seen my flower bed look so good by the time they pulled all the weeds. So, they’re good!

+ 0 moreIt went great. It had been several years since we last had our chimney cleaned. Despite their service area and pricing schedule changing, C&A still took the job and charged us the old price. Tim and his assistant were friendly, professional, thorough, and systematic in ensuring our fireplace and chimney was as clean and in as good repair as if it were their own. They provided outstanding service, superior maintenance, and excellent conversation. We couldn't be more satisfied, and look forward to their next visit.
Description of Work: They called ahead of time to let me know their ETA. They put down sheets to protect the floor from dirt and the equipment, and went straight to work. They vacuumed out the fireplace, cleaned the grate, and gave the chimney a thorough brushing. After cleaning and cleanup, Tim discussed the condition and longevity of the reflective plates with me. They cleaned the wire screen, repaired the fireplace door, and even cleaned the glass! Since the tile was dirty, Tim provided me with a bottle of cleaning solution for only $1

+ -1 moreThe work he did was ok. He was supposed to do 8 hours of landscaping. He said he’d come back and finish another time. They cut down a tree and they were to come back and cut it up and take the rest away. My husband and I ended up cutting it up ourselves which was difficult. I’ve never called him back but I think he owes us a couple of hours. He’s not come back and I’ve never heard from him. All and all it was not a good experience. He was bad.
Description of Work: The work he did was pulling some poison ivy out of a flower bed.

Tim was very knowledgeable regarding the various plants, shrubs/bushes and trees in our landscaping. He provided recommendations and was very flexible to meet our requests. He and his employee worked diligently and did an excellent job. Would recommend this company for future services.

+ 1 moreThere were 3 guys working and they did an incredible job on the yard. They were very thorough and I was so excited to have a yard that I could be proud of again. They cleaned up all of the flower beds which were filled with tall grass and weeds. They removed bushes that I no longer liked and moved other bushes to make the backyard look nicer. They trimmed the bushes and trees and overall just made sure everything looked fantastic before leaving. I will definitely use them again! You will not be disappointed.
