The work turned out good. They were very nice.

They were very nice, especially the owner. They tried to do everything that I asked. They did a good job.

Good chimney sweep. It took a while to get him on the schedule, but that was because I cancelled once and it was his busy season.

I don't think I paid more than the big deal purchase. I think it was fine. I had no complaints. I know I tried to call the guy since to come back because there's something living on my chimney but he was too busy.

The job went really well. They were very quick. They were very nice. They cleaned up. They were very polite and very clean. They did a good job.

Honestly, writing this review nearly two months later, I do not remember the cost (it was a Big Deal w/ an additional fee for the flue) or all the details. Yet, I will say that they arrived on time, were very kind to schedule multiple times around the kids nap schedule, were very polite, and took multiple steps to keep the soot off the carpeting. We will be using them again next fall.

Tim showed up on time and got started right away. He was careful to set tarps and never made any mess. When he was complete he briefed me on the condition and cleanliness of the fireplace and chimney. Over all great job

The service was excellent. It was provided right away, and there were no additional charges to the bid deal. I have never used them before. I had a broken damper. The guy was really good about it. Since I had a glass enclosed fireplace, he said that I really did not need that damper because the cost to replace it would have been really high, and he also said that I was not getting any heat coming through with the glass. Unless I really wanted to change it and put a new one in, he told me to go ahead, but he suggested not spending the money for it which I thought was great. I thought they were very upfront, honest and did a good job. I did not have any issues since the service.

Very nice crew. Tim, the owner, did the sweep and inspect. Extra friendly. Greased up our screens and damper. Excellent service. They are now my go to sweep service. Might even try them for lawn service too.

They were very professional, everything turned out very good. The scheduling was great. They were professional and courteous. The Big Deal did say that they could not take the weeds away and I made other arrangements for that, it was good that they were up front. They were up front about what they could and could not do.

They cleaned up after themselves and it was very clean when they were done. They were very professional. It was an excellent interaction. I did not spend any additional. They did a real good job. The price was very fair. It took them a while to get out here. They were great once they were here.

Once I puchased the coupon it took a while for them to get out to me (I guess I was not the only one who purchased one :)), but onced scheduled they were out, laid blankets on the carpet (which I just got) and cleaned the chimney. I have no complaints.

The gentleman provided the services while we were not present at the property (it is a rental) so we do not know exactly what took place. We spoke to the provider after the services were complete to obtain the details of the sweep and inspection. We were told the fireplace was never used and it is in good shape.

I was really impressed with Tim and his ability to explain things about my chimney. He was thorough in his cleaning and inspection. He took his time and didn't make me feel like I couldn't ask questions. I even had questions about my sister's chimney and he gave me some explanations as to what her issues could be. I would highly recommend Tim for a chimney sweep and I look forward to doing business with him again.

They did a good job. I was pleased with that. They were reasonably price and did good work. They came in and did what they said they were going to do. They didn’t try to sell me more what I needed. They packed everything and cleaned up their mess when they left. They worked very fast and efficient.
