Everything went great. They were able to come later in the evening, which we really appreciated. They were very helpful and cleanly. There were two people here doing the work and it took about an hour to complete.

This went very well. It ended up after the inspection that our chimney did not have any cracks or need repair. Everything was VERY clean. Didn't notice in his special offer that masonry chimneys are more expensive. So only a B on price. But nice job.

I did not see anything in the details about the service not pertaining to wood stoves, but I did put it in my notes when I requested the service. When they did come out they did a bit of cleaning up, but did not have the equipment to do a top-down cleaning. He was most gracious and apologetic, and agreed to refund my money.

Tim was running late, which is understandable in his business, and that is my only complaint. He did a great job cleaning the fireplace with no mess whatsoever. I would hire him again.

It was fine. They were professional. They cleaned up. The only thing that I didn't like was that it was difficult to get an appointment. It took about 3 weeks to have them come out.

They did the service on my daughter’s house and she was very pleased with them and said she’d have them again. They explained what they were doing. She watched them and they did what they said they would do. They even suggested things to use to help keep it clean throughout the season. So they were very helpful. They said there was something about a $35 fee extra for something that was with the coupon or on the deal but they didn’t charge it because she overlooked it but then that was okay.

Service was provided by the owner and his assistant. He was very professional and provided a wealth of knowledge in reference to use of our fireplace. I will use this provider in the future.

My experience with them was fine. It took quite awhile to get them out there. They did not charge me more than the $99 Big Deal. They were out for about an hour or two. They haul away all of the garbage in the end.
