I gave it to my sister as a gift, she loved it. They did a great job and we would use them again in the future.

I think they came and I think they did a decent job. My interaction was fine. I didn’t necessarily inspect the chimney but I think the work was fine. I would recommend them to friends and family members. It was a big deal purchase. I think the cost was what the deal was. I called right away and I think they scheduled it quickly.

It was good. He?s awesome. I paid a little bit more because I have 3 chimneys and I think I had him do all of them. He explained everything to me and did his work. He was clean and professional.

Tim was awesome! We were on a time crunch and they squeezed us in. Very professional, clean and on time. Not a footprint or trace of residue left in the house when they finished cleaning everything. We will use them again in the future.

The times established for work got mixed up. The owner evidently was ill because of heat and let others complete the work. Unfortunately, the workers seemed unaware of the difference between weeds and plants. Trimming was not completed as asked. The holly bushes were trimmed almost way down. They, of course, are now dead. The owner came back to try to complete the work and replaced an electrical cord that they cut to my fountain. I had to removed the rock and landscape paper to install the new cord rather than laying it above the landscape rock. I have put off writing this evaluation because both the owner and his wife are kind, delightful people. The owner tried to fix the problems after the fact. Unfortunately, some of the mistakes could not be adjusted. I'm just not sure that they knew how to clean landscaping and their workers were not skilled.

They were prompt, did what they were supposed to do and no problems.

The guys were great! Very professional and helpful! We have very light carpet, and they were very clean while working and left our home clean when they left. Would definitely use them from now on. 2nd visit in 2014- This guy does a great job! He's more than reasonable and he is very helpful and honest! Have referred him to family and will use his services yearly! He also has a lawn service I would consider using!

Scheduling helped me out by working me into an earlier spot before Easter, Tue Apr 15. However, we had snow and frost that night before. They called Mon. to discuss the weather report. However, it was not until late Thursday that they were able to make it. I was pleased that they did their best to get to me so we could do some planting on Friday. The employees were pleasant and worked hard and were willing to work an extra half-hour (for pay of course) so that they could complete the work needed. I marked a B for punctuality since they did not make it the time scheduled on Wed.; the previous job went overtime. However, they did come by after they finished the previous job to check our needs and came back the next day (Thurs.) to do the work. The price was a little higher than a competitor but still in line so I gave price a B. All in all, I was quite satisfied and would call them for future work.

It turned out fine. They did what we hoped they would do. I appreciated that they told us that our chimney was not that dirty. They got the job done quickly and they sent 2 people out to do the job. They were busy so we could not get in for a few weeks. They got the job done in about 1-2 hours.

Very professional and very punctual. Owner, Tim, was very kind and helpful as well as his helpers. Tim explained other services his company provides and rates are very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

It went very well. I paid an extra $198 for the extra time they put in. The owner was very nice and had an extra person come out so there were 4 people instead of 3 people. He had a lot of suggestions for what needed to be done in the yard. I liked their service very much and they did an excellent job.

They let us know everything was fine with the chimney. They cleaned up well after themselves, wore shoe covers and did a wonderful job.

I agreed to wait on the Chimney Sweep until a rainy day, so he did my yard work when the weather was nice and returned today to do the Chimney Sweep. I'm always happy to work with Tim and his schedule because the four times I've hired him, he's been on time and has always done a thorough job. Today was the first rainy day since we spoke and he called to schedule a good time for me today. He clearly knows how to manage his time, a quality I think we all appreciate in a contractor. Tim discussed options with me for replacing the fireplace doors and, as always, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Tim is the consummate professional; I could not be happier with their work. This winter was rough and took down several tree branches and one storm took down two trees completely. I had the trees chopped up soon after in about a foot of snow and when it all melted - it was just messy. My kids really couldn't play out in the yard. Tim and his crew showed up precisely on time, did a walk around with me to discuss all the things I wanted done and they worked diligently throughout the afternoon. The next day, my son was playing soccer in the back, obstacle-free. It's raining today and all the downspouts are draining properly and away from the house.

Contractor did a great job of cleaning chimney. They were on time and did a great job. Customer service was also great.

They were great. They were here a week or so later after I purchased the big deal. They didn't waste any time. There were no extra charges. They were just great. They cleaned up after themselves. They were just really polite, neat and very conscientious of the house. They kept it clean and they didn't make any mess.

After buying the deal online they called within 24 hrs to schedule and were out the next week. They showed up at the time they said they would and were very professional and did a clean job. Went into detail about chimney and ash pit and how to clean and maintain it, they were very tidy and clean will definitely hire again.

It went great! The guys were very communicative on the day they were expected to arrive. They were running a little late but were sure to let me know. They were both very nice and didn't make any mess whatsoever. I purchased the Angie's List deal and did have to follow up with them to schedule the work, but they offer such a good deal and high level of professionalism that it was not a bother to me. I was just grateful to get such a good deal for quality work. Will definitely use again.

It was a good experience. They were kind enough to wait until the fall to do the work, and the aeration has had a good effect.

They were very professional and used tarps to track all their dirt. This was my first wood fire place and they provided me with a lot of information in the maintance of it.

They did a great job and informed me of minor issues with my chimney and how i could personally fix it at a very cheap price and easily! overall they were great and very professional.

All went as expected. Initial scheduled appointment needed to be changed, but everything went as expected on 2nd appointment. I would certainly use this company again.
