Provided labor to refresh landscaping and clean up winter debris. Work was done efficiently and the areas looked great when finished. The agreement had been for 3 workers, but due training new people 4 were provided to compensate fro lack of experience. This was stated before the work began and turned out to be quite satisfactory.

The service was great. They made sure that no spills or dust happened and I really appreciated that they were very careful with the work.

They did a great job and were very responsive and were open to flexibility with scheduling. The technician did exactly what he was supposed to do. They were neat and clean and replaced a bolt on the flue so now it works properly. I would recommend their services to anyone. There were several chimney sweep deals to choose from and I’m glad I chose this one.

I has lots of trouble scheduling…I kept asking for a morning appointment, but they kept coming back with afternoon times. When I finally got an appointment scheduled, unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate. When they finally did get to come out, the owner and workers arrived on time and unloaded the truck and delivered mulch. One worker went over to the mailbox to weed and stepped on my flower cover. When I asked him to be careful, the worker apologized but the owner came over and yelled at me and his employee and said he was done. He rounded up his confused employees and left. After this, the wife of the owner emailed me nasty emails back and forth trying to resolve the situation but I had no intent to resolve with her and preferred going through Angie's List.

Service was excellent. He even oiled the fireplace metal screen because they were getting stuck AND cleaned the glass.

Great job and cleaned up mess.

That service turned out very well. I will also have them come do additional work for me too this week. A couple employees came out to do the work. I like that they were very focused and did not waste time. They got quite a bit done. They were polite and I was very pleased. This company gave me good suggestions too to improve my yard.

It was great. We had them spray the mold and work around the lawn. They did everything they said they would do the way they said they would do it.

It went well. He did not make a mess. covered the carpet before he cleaned.

I was not home when they performed the work, but they did call when they got to the house just to confirm what I wanted them to do. The garden looks good!

We had a lot of rain and the owner had to reschedule twice. He always called ahead and reassured me they would get to me before the week was over. They came late in the afternoon with four men working for the hour and got the job completed. They did a very good job, completing the job as I had described it and cleaned up everything. Yard looked great when they were finished. They even blew off the walks to get small debris. Will definitely use them again.

The quy and his workers were very professional. I actually purchased 2 big deals, for $109 each. One big deal was to clean the chimney, it appeared to be very thorough job, and the guy told me that my chimney was in very good shape. While he was cleaning the chimney, his workers were cleaning up the debris from my back yard, which was the second big deal I purchased. I have two german shepherds and between the puppy distroying everything in sght, and the dead branches fallen off the tree during the winter months, the back yard was a mess, (not to mention the dog poop). The workers bagged up approximately 12 bags and set them on the curb for heavy trash pick up. When they finished my back yard looke 100% better. So all in all, I was very pleased with the work performed by C&A's Chimney Sweep And Lawn Maintenance Services.

Provider was very professional. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also gave me helpful tips on how often to get chimney sweep done and which over the counter chimney products are the best. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with a fireplace!

Arrived right on time, went over the area I needed them to focus on, and then they got right to it. They were able to complete the job in time and the area looked great when they were done. Definitely will use again.

Very neat in covering floor as he was brushing down the inside of the chimney. He failed to inform us, however, that he knocked the chimney cap off and it was laying on top of our roof--our neighbor called us the next day to inform us of this. He had to know when he did it as he kept looking up into the chimney as he was brushing.

Purchased deal on April 20th. They could not schedule me until the 19th of May. Scheduled for noon to 2 PM. No show. No call. no email. At 4:20 PM finally get a call to say they are 7 mins away. Claimed they had notified me that I was scheduled from 3-5. I double checked the messages through Angie's List and that was not true. The work done when they arrived was good.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They were clean, quick and came to the appointment on time. I had no problems with them.

Tim and his men did an awesome job. We had not used either fireplace (gas and wood burning) since we moved into our home because we weren't sure when the last time they were cleaned or what condition they were in. They did a very thorough job and Tim even took the time to explain to us how to properly use the gas fireplace and the best wood to burn in our wood burning fireplace in order to keep it cleaner. They were all very professional and took great care to not leave a speck of dirt anywhere! I also have to say that due to a miscommunication between my spouse and I, there was no one home when they initally arrived to do the job. I fully expected Tim to just tell me that we would need to reschedule the job because it was 4 p.m. on Friday but instead he waited 30 mintues for me to get home! Then they worked for 2 hours on our fireplaces! I am very thankful for that and realize that most service providers would not do this. I also don't want to forget to mention that Sheri is very nice to work with too! She explained everything to me when I called to schedule the appointment and was very pleasant and professional. I will definately use and recommend this company over and over again!

Everything was great when they were done.

Were scheduled to come out for two hours on an evening. Miscommunicated with scheduler and did not show. I called and they got right back with me to reschedule for next evening. They arrived with seven men and worked very quickly to get my flower beds in order. Were extremely apologetic for missing appointment on first night. I had hope they would spray my large evergreen for bagworms--they do not do that.

It went really well! They came out right out. They may have even come out the same day we called them. They did the work pretty quickly as well. We did purchase a spray bottle used for creosote build up.

Three people showed up. Clearly a "lead" and one much older gentleman and a 20 ish young man. They had one power saw and no way to dispose of debris. I provided them with twine for bundling as my garbage service will pick up if bundled. After about 20 minutes of little progress (and the deal is 3 man hours so I've got 3 men/1hr) I see NO activity in the yard. I go outside and find the two assistant men sitting on the grass leaning against a tree where I couldn't see them from the house. I am told by the younger man that the lead man left to get gas in the saw (only a few things would have required a saw...) but that he said they would give me the whole hour when he got back. When he got back he offered me a deal (I don't recall exactly what it was) for extra time but based on what they HAD NOT accomplished to that point I sent them on their way having decided that i deserved that for hiring chimney sweeps to do yard work! I have no idea how they perform as chimney sweeps!!!

Very friendly company just could not schedule soon enough.
