Scheduling was less than organized and my masonry chimney was hit with a $45 surcharge AFTER the work was completed, which I would have declined. Don’t hire them!!!!

It went great! They were able to make an appointment within the week (where others were scheduling a month or more out) and did a clean and professional job! Very satisfied.

Tim and Cross were on time, friendly, and informative. The sweeping and inspection didn't take overly long, which was nice. They cleaned up and you would never have known they had been there. I would definitely recommend.

The two workers were not knowledgeable about plants in the yard or about those I might want planted. Although they trimmed the hedges and hauled away the debris, the trim-job was uneven in height. If they were to do other work for me, I feel I would have to supervise the work continually. If I were strong enough to do that, I would continue doing more of the yard work myself!

Great. We've used this company for a few years now. Our yard looks great and they took out some poison ivy.

Well. The fireplace was clean as well as doors and screens.

They did not do the job right. the owner of the company mis-alligned the front. The lavender was not what we wanted. The placing of things aren't really the best, wither. The back was not pulled up at all. They laid the new over the old. We have massive weeds growing in and it is only July 21st. When we confronted him about it, he flat out said it would have been too much work. That is not what we asked for. (more details involved, not enough space. happy to discuss over the phone if you would like to call me). I was extremely unhappy with the work done from the very beginning. We have different genetic plants now, too, because they went to Lowes instead of placing an order through a flower shop like we originally asked.

Perfect in every way possible. They came out and worked 'til it was done.

Everything went fine. Sheri was responsive with the appointment scheduling. And the services performed were punctual and efficient. I was not present for the rental property cleaning, but was for the 2nd cleaning at our home. Tim was in and out efficiently and left no mess of any kind, and took the time to answer several questions I had about the chimneys in both properties and regarding fireplace use and chimney cleaning in general. We definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

To their credit C&A's Chimney Sweep & Lawn Maintenance Services reached out to me quickly . . . prioritized my needs . . . and got the job done with time to spare. They were accommodating and easy to work with. There were some cheaper companies, and I did have to pay an additional surcharge because we had a masonry (brick/stone) fireplace, but sometimes a bargain isn't really a bargain if it leads to lost time and added stress. We found C&A's Chimney Sweep & Lawn Maintenance Services to be proactive, communicative, eager for our business and committed to doing a good job.

It went very well. Service tech was awesome! I received a call when they were on the way. Very professional. Everything went perfectly!

Did a great job very neat and clean, put down throw cloths from door to fireplace. Did good job explaining what they were doing and what we should keep eye on in future.

It did not go so if I was billed for a service I did not receive then I expect full payment promptly.
