Arrived as planned, understood priorities, was fast and efficient. Brought a great crew of guys to do the work. Supervised every aspect to make sure all was done properly. Fair price for exceptional work.

It went well. I wasn't even there. I was satisfied with the quality of the work. It was very little experience. I clicked a couple of links on the Angie's List site, purchased the deal, it was schedule and they did it.

It was great. It worked out really well. They contacted me within a day and scheduled it for 2 weeks. We have a special flue and it required some special tools and paid an additional fee and was told upfront about it. Cleaned the chimney all the way up and inspected all the bricks. Cleaned the bricks inside and out. Reset the flue. Cleaned out the ash trap. He laid down 3 or 4 drop clothes and scrubbed inside the firebox and on the outside. The gentleman was really helpful with what maintenance we need to take when starting a fire. He was just really sweet and left his cleaning solution bottle. I called to let him know and he said to go ahead and keep it and gave me instructions on how to use it and how often to use it.

The cleaning went very well. Tim and Ronnie were very helpful in showing me their process, as well as assisting me in ensuring the gas fireplace was working well. In my five years of living at the house, I hadn't used the gas fireplace at all! After their cleaning and demonstration, my fireplace looked great and I was able to use the fireplace for the first time. Very satisfied with the work performed.

He did good work and we will use them again.

Tim came in he was polite and courteous. He covered any surfaces that he would be walking on with cloth, just in case. Clean out the Chimney in a clean and quiet manor. Everything was HEPA filtered. Let me know the status of the inspection, and recommendations for upkeep. It was a good, clean, fast service at a great price.

Great! I can't remember the two guys' names, but they were very polite and mindful of minimizing the mess. They were sure to cover the area outside the chimney with a tarp to keep debris off our floors and area rug. One of them was very helpful in answering all our questions since we had been in our home less than a year and neither of us have lived in a home with a fireplace. He even did a quick check of our woodburning stove in the great room and answered our questions about that, too.

I was very pleased with them. They cleaned out the chimney very well and found lots of goodies! They didn’t make a mess and were a pleasure to have.

I did this a while ago and do not remember the exact date. The work was fine. The technician that showed up was fine. The phone service was a little frustrating - lots of calling back or not answering. The technician was over an hour late. Will not use them again

I had them do a fall clean-up on a mulch bed with shrubs and trees. They were professional and did a good job. They were timely and courteous as well. The mulch bed didn't take the full 3 hours to clean up, so they did some other clean-up in our rock bed and the yard. They made sure to use the entire time that came with the deal. The deal was a good price for all that they did and I would definitely use them again.

It was fine. Professional people. We had one or two scheduling issues but they communicated effectively with me and it all had to do with weather. The job that they did was to my satisfaction. They were nice. It was just in my price range. They showed up at the final appointment time on time and they stayed for the full amount of time that they scheduled to be here and they did a satisfactory job on the project. It wasn't anything spectacular or anything very difficult that they needed to do. It was just work that was done well. For the one to two hour time slot that they were here I definitely wouldn't pay that again. I would say that was a little high. Good quality.

Tim was very pleasant and very accommodating as I had purchased a Big Deal for one cleaning and completely forgot about our other fireplace in the basement. Tim was gracious and cleaned both fireplaces during our visit. He was very thorough. Answered all of my questions and I will not only use him again but definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors.
