Description of Work: They cleaned out the fireplace and chimney and cleaned up well. They referred me to another company that could do video inspection but did not receive information as soon as I had expected . Overall they were very helpful and always wanted to be sure I was satisfied and if was anything else they could do. Overall very good and would use service again.

Description of Work: A very nice lady and 2 gentlemen showed up to clean our chimney. They performed a full inspection and cleaned the glass doors. We haven't been able to get them clean for years! Extremely impressed with the professionalism, price and quality of performance. Will definitely use them next year.

Description of Work: The company came to perform a chimney cleaning. He was prompt and quick with the job. He took some time to chat with my husband about what he was doing and what we should do in the future. We were very happy with the job.

Description of Work: The couple that did the work were very professional and alerted me to the extensive work I needed to have done to the interior and exterior of the chimney. They did not do or try to do work that they were not trained to do but directed me to another company that they knew has a good reputation, and experience in the area that needed to be done. I have since had the necessary repairs completed by "Your Chinmey Sweep" (317)243-9687, 2136 Cord St., Indianapolis, IN 46224. The work was done quickley, expertly, professionally with all materials cleaned up and taken away. To seal the chinmey after the morter was cured, they came back and completed the work on time and when scheduled. I will recommend both companies to others. Note: The person who gave me the estimate encouraged me to have other estimates from other companies prior to making a decision in the matter.

Description of Work: Did not hire this person. He did not appear to be compenant to do the work required nor could we agree on a price. The job, I believe, was beyond his scope of ability. As a chimney sweep he is probably good???

Description of Work: We had our chimney swept. C&A had performed this service for us at a previous house. He is friendly, punctual and did a good job and left everyting quite clean. He provided helpful tips regarding a rusting chimney cap and cracked fire box panels. Next time we need our chimney swept, we will call C&A.

Description of Work: There was a delay in receiving the service but he kept in touch and assured me he would honor the 'deal'. And I was not in a hurry. Seems it was a very popular deal and he performs all actual chimney cleaning himself. The crew arrived on time, placed protective cloths on the floor, and totally cleaned up the area before leaving. He did a thorough inspection of the chimney. I will call them when the next cleaning is due.

Description of Work: The crew worked very hard clearing small trees and brush from an area behind my house. They did a great job, doing, in a couple of hours, what it would have taken me days to do on my own. They cleaned up and bagged all of the debris. This was one of Angie's list deals.

He arrived on time, grasped immediately what I needed done, made some excellent suggestions to improve the plan and reduce the materials cost, completed the work efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly. I have enjoyed every encounter with C&A and been thoroughly satisfied.
