Description of Work: It was a very good experience. They were very professional and did a very fine job. They explained to me what they were doing and I would hire them again if I ever needed the services in the future.

Description of Work: Arrived promptly, did a good job taking care of overgrown bushes and cleaned up very well.

Description of Work: The provider trimmed bushes, pulled weeds, removed dead stems from perennials and cut down grasses. They then bagged all of the trimmings. We purchased a little extra time to get everything on our list completed. They did a great job and accomplished everything in a very reasonable amount oftime. We definitely would hire this company again. I gave a B for responsiveness because it was a little difficult to make the appointment. However, this could have been because of the response to the Big Deal.

Owner Tim Anderson arrived as agreed, with a crew to deliver on an alternate course: one hour of three workers rather than three hours of one. They checked to affirm my expectations, then charged ahead and did a thorough and knowledgeable job, ending with an incredible clean-up. They were congenial, and committed to their work. I am very happy with the results,

Description of Work: It was a terrible experience but they assured us if we gave a negative review they would respond that they could never please us anyway. They might be good at their main job but defiantly not at landscaping. We paid them $400 on top of coupon and they mentioned many times that you took a big chunk of the coupon fee. We are 88 yr. old seniors and we just had to hire another landscape company to redo everything that Chimney sweep did not. The whole project was a nightmare. But since you asked for feed back I decided to respond.

Description of Work: Provider was to perform 3 hours of yard work for $99. Provider showed up with 3 other workers (2 of which sat down under a tree). Provider stated that he was not able to perform desired services. For 3 hours 2 men worked and I use this term loosely). The quality of work was poor and we eventually had to have all work redone. We will not be using Angie's list again - we were extremely unhappy with your support of this service. This was a total waste of our hard earned money.
